Khóa học bổng từ 1 - 3 tháng về các lĩnh vực: Plastic Arts, History, Art History, Anthropology, Cultural Heritage, Design, Photography, Architecture, Museum Science and Conservation and Restoration with a special focus on the study of the Museu do Oriente collections (nhiều cái không biết dịch tên chính xác sang tiếng Việt là gì ^^ nên để thế này nhá)

In the 2011 SUR Programme, approximately 20-25 students from around the world will come to Lausanne and be integrated into separate laboratories such that each student participant will get individualized attention. In this programme, the majority of the students' time is spent in the laboratory, mentored by a research scientist. Once a week, on Friday afternoons, the student participants come together for shared academic activities amongst themselves or with participants of the sister programme at the School of Life Sciences of the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL). These activities include but are not limited to introductory student research presentations, lectures from faculty members on research topics and their career pathways, or advice such as what to look for in a school for one's PhD studies. At the end of the summer, student participants present the results of their research efforts by way of a shared Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne et University of Lausanne symposium and a final report. During the course of the summer, students also share activities such as discovering Switzerland amongst themselves. At the end of the programme, students will have had a research summer in Switzerland to remember...


Target audience
Student participants are generally at the end of their second or third year of an undergraduate university education. Participants are not only students in biology or the life sciences; the University of Lausanne programme is specifically designed to introduce medical students to the world of research and thus medical or medically oriented students are also encouraged to apply and participate. Although they represent a minority of participants so as to maintain an international flavour, local undergraduates from University of Lausanne and Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne are encouraged to apply. The working language is English.

INTERNATIONAL SUMMER INTERNSHIP

The Max-Planck-Institute of Immunobiology is offering several summer intern fellowships for undergraduates who wish to gain experience in scientific lab work for 3 months every year between June and September.

Applications for the summer of 2011 will be accepted from 1st December 2010 until 15th January 2011.

Interns will be provided with a stipend to cover their living expenses and accommodation in the institute's guesthouse. Applications are invited from students in their 3rd or 4th year of study toward a degree in Immunobiology, Genetics, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Developmental Biology, Bioinformatics or related fields.

The Max-Planck Institute of Immunobiology is dedicated to basic research with over 150 scientists including PhD students. Information on the institute's research activities can be obtained on www.immunbio.mpg.de

Rất tiếc năm nay chương trình này đã hết hạn, nếu các bạn SV năm 2-3 (hiện tại) quan tâm thì có thể apply năm sau (2012). Chương trình này cho khá nhiều tiền. Thêm nữa lại được sống, học/nghiên cứu tại thủ đô Vienna-Áo (một thành phố rất tốt ít nhất là trong mắt mình)@}

· It is vital that you have advanced Excel skills and desirable that you are able to use Visual Basic.

· Knowledge of written and spoken English is essential.

· Ability to interact with and service an ethnically diverse group of customers.

· Optional - You are in the process of undertaking a Masters degree in Global Management or Finance.
