This topic is not new for someone but the thinking is different! When I was 26 year old I thought that men have nothing to lose and support cohabitation but now when I have a daughter I think differently.
Let's come to Friend Club this Friday to talk about cohabitation!

Hi guys,

Friends club has been established long enough to have quite a history. However I don't feel certain that we, as a club, have a strong sense of specific strategy for future development. In short, where do we want to go and how to get there?

I am a guy, who is pleasant to be with socially as you know me. Yet I can also be an ass, who is difficult to satisfy. As a "friend", I must say that I am not pleased with the club's up-and-downs lately because the club itself deserve and 100% surely can be much more than that.

I am writing this to nominate myself to join the club's management, which I think should be a team, not a lone wolf. The team should not be dependant to any individual, to avoid performance going down when the "star" is away.

The management should come up with a well-defined criteria of success to guide the club operational process. For instance, if we want our club to be as good, as crowded as Advanceclub, fine, but the process will be changed, drastically. Then the management will communicate that vision with all club members, seeking for input and support. The club direction should be as transparent as possible, allowing whoever can dedicate time, talent to join and stay happily. In my estimation, every element in the operation process can be improved (select topic, prepare topic, assign host, prepare activity, prepare props...). But in my wildest dream, each meeting of Firends club will be an special occasion that club members waiting for with excitement and high expectation at the begining of any week.

If you guys are with me and share that wildest dream, drop a few words here. All I need is your feedback and welcoming gesture, especially from Mr. Tung, the current leader.

Anything is possible, the question is whether we have desire or not.
