Học Rostock,Berlin là sướng đến 10 năm sau vẫn SPD khỏi lo học phí

Mình đoán là nó phụ thuộc vào cuộc bầu cử của bang (Landtagswahl), đ.ảng nào lên cầm quyền chủ trương thu học phí thì sẽ thu , ko bít có đúng ko nữa
