A long with the development of society, more and more problems are brought to our attention, one of which is that children spend a large amount of their free time on their computer or their TV.

There are many causes of this problem and the first cause I should mention is that parents are often too busy to concern about hobbies and entertainment needs of their children. For example, parents often do not have much time to play with their children or take them to play at the entertainment place so the children do not know what to do when they have free time and they often spend a large amount of free time to watch TV or use the Internet. Another cause which I could add is that entertainment programs on TV and Internet are more and more interesting and attractive so it has attracted the attention of the children. For example, only with a computer connected to the Internet, children can satisfy all of their entertainment needs from music to movies, sports,...In ad***ion to what I've just said, I can add that to day, we still lack a lot of useful play area for children such as parks, cultural centers,...so the children do not have a lot of choices.

To solve this problem, we need to implement many different solutions. First, parents need to arrange their work to have more time to take care of their children and analysis them to understand the harmful effects of watching TV or using the Internet too much. In ad***ion, we need to create useful and interesting entertainment places to attract the children, help them give up the habit of watching TV and using the Internet too much.

In conclusion, there are a lot of causes which make the children spend a lot of their time to watch TV or use the Internet and to solve this problem, many different solutions need to be carried out.

There are no less than three reasons as rendered below. The first reason is that watching too much TV and using the internet mean that children have less time for studying. When a child spends more than three hours daily sitting in front of the screen enjoying his favorite programs or games, he may not enough time to do his home work. As a result, his scores could be lower than others who use more free time finishing their home work. Hence, his final result may be badly affected. The second reason that must be taken into consideration is that a sedentary lifestyle linked to spending lots of time [/FONT][FONT=&quot]watching TV and playing games is thought to lead to obesity, lower mental well- being, and cause health problems in later life[/FONT][FONT=&quot]. Not only healthy but mental also is affect. In fact, the violent images on TV and the internet such as films, games online would impact children and teens negatively. For instance, students may consider that violence is acceptable behavior to solve problems in school. Unfortunately, studies also show that children who watch too much TV programs would become more aggressive and violent, and perform poorly in study.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]From serious reasons above, parents should prevent their children from wasting too much time on TV and using the internet and talk to them about television and the internet. In fact, TV can send powerful messages to children. Therefore, one of the best ways for parents to minimize any negative effect from these messages is communicate openly and honestly with children about dangers and impacts of TV and the internet. A mount of parents donot have much time to play and to talk with their children or they always keep their children inside because they scare that their son would have accidents or dangerous thing, therefor TV and computer are considered their son’s friends. Parents fear their children will spend more time watching TV or using internet than participating in other recreational activities. In this essay, I will give the causes and solutions to this problem.
One of the main reasons of this problem is that, parents do not spend much time for their children. Under the pressure of modern life, they are busy making money than spend time caring for children. In ad***ion, the school have not play an important role in the direction of the children participating in recreational activities. In fact,the studies show that children do not know is involved in any recreationl acitivities. Therefore, children consider the television or internet than participate in other recreational activities. Moreover, television has many exciting programs for children or internet to make we lear more things. Thus, parents worry more about children spend more time on tivilevison or internet will be not good affect to learn and health.
The first thing to resolve is that parents spend more time caring children. We can guide children to play, or participate in recreational activities. Now, children are very smart that parents can show them a few time than children can play without us. Moreover, parents have formed children watch television or internet. For example, every day we should only watch television or internet or two to three hours. In ad***ion, schools should have the extra-curicular activities. For example, the school hold to visit museum or camps last week…
Inconclusion, parents need to manage time watch television or internet of their children so we can develop a comprehensive.
