The position of women in society has changed markedly in the last twenty years. Many of the problems young people now experience, such as juvenile delinquency, arise from the fact that many married women now work and are not at home to care for their children.
The treatment between women and man is becoming fair than ever before. The women is recognized and respected following the way which they are worthy of enjoying now. Thus, they had more chances to developing in their job also life. In family, they had the right to say as much as their husband. In job, they express their ability as well as their man colleagues and having promotion opportunities more and more. Indeed, there are a lot of women who are holding important positions in all societyâ?Ts fields. It is important and welcome signal which reflecting a world that is becoming more impartial and civilized, especially in integrating times now. But, associating with this, the juvenile-related problems in the families which had the successful or busy with work women seems increase significantly compared with the last twenty years. Although, this situation isnâ?Tt entire the main reason that leading *****ch problems as juvenile delinquency or others, so it is also one of the directly-related causes. Because the mother always plays an important role in breeding and bringing children up. If they are not at home, clearly that they canâ?Tt look after the children as well as when they are at home and only doing the familyâ?Ts caring work. Lacking of the parentâ?Ts regard, the children had more time and con***ions to do whatever they like. So, it is easy to understand why the proportion of violence youth is more and more. Of course, other factors must be taken into account when judging this issue. But, it is better if the children receive more regard and love from their parents, especially the mother. In an other hand, we canâ?Tt deny that when the women working, they can earn money and their children can be better provided and totally grown than previously. And it is also better if the women can be joined in and done the societyâ?Ts jobs.
Summarization, this is sensitive and complex issue for commenting, so any things had both of advantage and disadvantage aspects, and this also isnâ?Tt exception. Thus, the women must establish the correct balance between family life and working life.

Phát hiện xác ướp ?ongười phụ nữ mang mặt nạ?
(Dân trí) - Tại khu lăng mộ Huaca Pucllana ở Lima thuộc Peru, các nhà khảo cổ học vừa phát hiện được một xác ướp phụ nữ 1300 tuổi còn khá nguyên vẹn, cùng với xác ướp của hai người trưởng thành khác và một trẻ nhỏ được cho là vật hiến tế.
Các nhà khảo cổ học cho rằng, những người này thuộc về nền văn hóa Wari, được chôn cất vào khoảng năm 700 sau Công nguyên.

giám đốc khu lăng mộ Huaca Pucllana, trưởng nhóm khai quật trên cho biết: "Đây là một phát hiện quan trọng bởi lần đầu tiên chúng tôi phát hiện một xác ướp được bảo quản hết sức cẩn thận, gần như còn nguyên vẹn sau từng ấy năm. Trước đây, chúng tôi cũng đã tìm thấy ở đây rất nhiều hầm mộ khác, nhưng hầu hết chúng đều bị đánh cắp và không còn nguyên vẹn?.
Có thể nói hầm mộ vừa được tìm thấy tương đối phức tạp, trong đó có một xác ướp đeo mặt nạ với nét mặt đặc trưng của phụ nữ cùng với ba xác ướp khác, đồ gốm và nhiều vật dụng liên quan đến kỹ thuật dệt.
Chiếc mặt nạ người phụ nữ khá ấn tượng với một chiếc mũi khoằm, đôi môi mỏng, đôi mắt lớn, mống mắt trắng và con ngươi đen tròn. Các nhà khoa học đã đặt tên cho phát hiện mới này là ?oNgười phụ nữ mang mặt nạ?.
Ngoài xác ướp người phụ nữ mang mặt nạ được cho là thuộc dòng dõi quý tộc, các nhà khảo cổ còn phát hiện hai xác ướp trưởng thành khác được đặt hai bên xác ướp đeo mặt nạ và di hài của một đứa trẻ.
Thi thể của cả hai người trưởng thành đều được quấn vải nhưng lại đặt trong một tư thế quằn quại vô cùng đau đớn: cúi người với đầu gối ở dưới cằm, còn đứa trẻ được được xác định là một vật hiến tế.
Nền văn minh Wari tồn tại trong khoảng 500 năm, từ năm 600 đến 1100 sau Công nguyên mà đặc trưng của nó là việc chôn cất xác chết tập thể cùng với những vật dụng làm ăn của người chết khi sinh thời. Trẻ nhỏ thường được hiến tế cho thần biển và thần đất, điều đó lý giải vì sao người Wari cổ đại thường chôn trẻ em, đặc biệt là bé gái, cùng với các xác ướp.
Trước đó, vào tháng 10/2005, các nhà khảo cổ cũng đã phát hiện ra một xác ướp không đầu 1300 tuổi được cho là của một quan chức cấp cao người Huari, một bộ tộc chiến binh từng cai trị trung tâm Andes của Peru và các vùng ven biển vào khoảng năm 600 và 1000 sau Công nguyên. Discover the Mummy"Masked Woman"
At a royal tomb site named Huaca Pucllana in Lima,Peru,archaeologists have found a 3000-year-old mummy of a woman relatively unchanged,with two other mummies of adults and another mummy of a child which were believed to be sacrifices.
Archaeologists said that,these people belonged to a civilization called Wari,being buried in about 700 A.D.
Isabel Flores,director of the site concurrently the leader of excavation team said that"This is a very important discovery because for the first time we have found a a well-conserved mummy,which is almost whole in such a long time.Previously,here have we found many catacombs,but most of them have been burglarized and no longer intact".
It can be said that the newly-found catacomb is quite complicated,in which a masked-mummy was found,with many hallmarks of a woman,and 3 other mummies and potteries and many items relating to knitting technique.
The mask of the woman is quite impressive,with a crooked nose,thin lips,big eyes,round irises and round and black pupils.Scientists have given the new discovery a new name:"Masked woman".
Other than the woman mummy,which was considered as belonging to aristocracy peers,they also found 2 other mummies of adults put in two sides of the mummy,and remains of a child.
The corpses of the 2 adults were wrapped with cloth but in an extremely painful and twisted pose:Bowing with kneecaps bellow chin,and the child was identified as a sacrifice.
Wari civilization had been lasting for 500 years,from 600 to 1000 A.D,with characteristic of colectively buring dead bodies accompaning with things that had used to be their living items when alive.Children commonly found sacrified to the God of seas and lands,which could expain why ancient Wari people buried children,particularly the girls,with mummies.
Before that,in October,2005,archaeologist had also found a 3000 year old decapitated mummy,which was claim to be a Huari senior offcial,a warrior tribe used to rule the central Andes of Peru and coastal areas in somewhere about 600 to 1000 A.D.This mummy was covered in cloth and ropes made from vegetative fabric.
