Tổng ngân sách hỗ trợ trực tiếp cho những người thụ hưởng chính sách xã hội năm nay khoảng 19.800 tỷ đồng, tăng 14.700 tỷ đồng so với năm 2007. Ngân sách nhà nước đã chi 28.900 tỷ đồng để điều chỉnh tăng lương tối thiểu, tăng lương hưu, trợ cấp ưu đãi người có công và công chức lương thấp.
Với những biện pháp kịp thời, nền kinh tế đã duy trì được mức tăng trưởng khá trong điều kiện lạm phát cao. Tăng trưởng GDP cả năm ước đạt 6,5-7%, trong đó nông nghiệp đạt được kết quả nổi trội với sản lượng lúa tăng khoảng 2,6 triệu tấn, mức tăng cao nhất từ trước đến nay. Xuất khẩu cả năm đạt trên 65 tỷ USD, tăng gần 34%, là mức tăng cao nhất trong 10 năm qua. Vốn đăng ký đầu tư nước ngoài ước cả năm là 60 tỷ USD, gấp 3 lần năm 2007.

Findings from MRI shots showed that brain''''s activities in areas relating to decision-making or speculating actions of the "surfing- the-Internet-and-searching- through-Google" ones are twice as active as those of the plainly reading ones. More specifically,while reading,areas for languages are highly active, whereas if required to do some search, both areas of the forebrain,responsible for making decisioin and complicated reasoning, are also mobilized.

Addressing at the National Assembly this morning, the Prime Minister *************** has spent much time for interpreting the 2008 CPI that has risen at the highest in ten recent years. The Government learn a lesson from the high inflation, especially in forecasting and analyzing the existing economy.
?oThe high inflation of our economy results from the global rising of the prices, but the leading causes, those are, economy structure, currency policy and financial plan are inappropriate. Operation and administration of the macro economy has great breakthroughs but has many inadequacies? The PM admitted.
He said although having been constrained in decreasing trend, the CPI still was high, doubling the 2007 index. The expected inflation this year is about 24%. The high inflation and natural calamity make the people lost their main incomes. The rate of poor households remains to be high in comparison with the target. Labor disputes as well as strikes have happened more, but the solution is inefficient.
As for helping the people to deal with the high inflation, the Government focuses on social security. The direct support budget for the people benefiting from social policy this year is about 19.800 billions VND, increasing by 14.700 in comparison with year of 2007. The State spent an amount of 28.900 billions VND from the state budget to put up the basic salary, the retirement pension, grant-in-aid for XYZ (đối tựơng có công với cách mạng ?" bó tay), and *****pport the low-salary officials. By the timely measures, the economy has been maintained at the good growth rate despite of the increasing inflation. GDP growth this year is estimated about 6.5 to 7 %. Export value amounts to 65 billions USD, augmenting by 34 %, the highest rate in the last ten years.

Có những 9X khiến thế hệ đàn anh đàn chị phải trầm trồ thán phục, nhưng cũng có 9X đang ngả mình theo hướng khác. Họ gây ra một cái nhìn xấu bao quát lên tất cả khi người ta nhắc đến cụm từ ?o9X ngày nay?.

Không thể phủ nhận rằng so với 8X ngày xưa, thì 9X ngày nay có nhiều điều kiện để học tập và làm việc tốt hơn, được tiếp cận công nghệ thông tin nhiều hơn. Thời của 8X, có một cái máy vi tính nối mạng tại nhà là xem như nổi trội với bè bạn, cầm một chiếc di động trên tay sẽ bị nghĩ là dân khoe của, có một chiếc xe Wave bình thường để đến trường cũng được xem là giàu có hơn người, ai xách một chiếc laptop trên tay thì không khác gì đại gia... Bây giờ, đối với 9X, những điều ấy quá đỗi bình thường.

Với thời đại công nghệ thông tin tràn ngập, nhà nhà đều được kết nối internet vì các bậc phụ huynh mong muốn con cái có thể khai thác các dữ liệu trên internet để mở mang kiến thức, để học tập tốt hơn, để nhạy bén trước mọi việc... Họ không tiếc tiền sắm cho con cái một "chú dế" xịn, một chiếc xe tay ga để không bẽ mặt với bạn bè.

Với điều kiện tốt như vậy, không ít 9X đã biết nắm bắt cơ hội và tạo nên những điều khác biệt. Không ít các cộng tác viên cho các tờ báo điện tử lớn là những công dân 9X, mặc dù vẫn còn ngồi trên ghế nhà trường, 9X cũng có những ý tưởng táo bạo để mở một shop bán quần áo trên mạng, mở một diễn đàn của riêng mình, lập hẳn một quán ăn cho teen khi đã nắm bắt được những kinh nghiệm, khó khăn thử thách mà thế hệ đi trước đã truyền đạt lại... Đó là điều mà những 8X ngày trước, chỉ với kiến thức lý thuyết sách vở, không có cơ hội tìm tòi khám phá đã không thể làm được.

Có thể nói, 9X bây giờ sẽ là tương lai của đất nước. Họ thật sự giỏi, thật sự có máu lửa và quyết tâm của tuổi trẻ trong tim, năng động và sáng tạo với mọi việc...

Nhưng cũng tiếc thay, bên cạnh những 9X biết nắm bắt cơ hội, lại có một bộ phận bị cuốn vào những cám dỗ, hầu hết là qua mạng internet. Các teen này trở thành một "con nghiện" game online, bị ảnh hưởng từ hình ảnh và những đoạn video "show hàng" đầy rẫy trên mạng, và ngộ nhận rằng cách để thể hiện cá tính là hở hang và nóng bỏng. Họ chạy theo những giá trị ảo mà cộng đồng mạng ban tặng: danh hiệu cá tính khi tự rạch tay mình post lên blog, danh hiệu hot blogger khi page view tăng lên vùn vụt vì mọi người xúm vào coi những hình ảnh teen này chụp thân thể mình trên mỗi entry...

Rồi 9X tiếp thu văn hoá phương Tây để thoáng hơn trong suy nghĩ, rằng "Yêu là phải cho", rằng vào nhà nghỉ là chuyện "nhỏ như con thỏ", mà quên mất rằng chúng ta vẫn là người Việt Nam, mà bản chất từ bao đời nay của người con gái nước ta là dịu dàng và e thẹn trong bộ áo dài thướt tha, không phải là bạo dạn và bất cần trong bộ đồng phục của trường đã bị biến tấu theo nhiều dạng phong cách.

Biết rằng thật khó để 9X có thể bước qua những cám dỗ, nhất là ở lứa tuổi thích khẳng định mình, nhưng không phải là không thể. Tất cả là do chính họ, bản lĩnh thật và bản lĩnh ảo sẽ đưa các họ đến vinh quanh hoặc đẩy họ xuống hố sâu thất bại. Tất cả con đường là do họ lựa chọn từ bây giờ. Hãy để mọi người có cái nhìn khác về 9X, để khi nhắc đến cụm từ này, người ta sẽ gật đầu mỉm cười: "Tôi tin vào thế hệ ấy!" chứ không phải mãi lắc đầu và phán "9X ngày nay... Một lũ thác loạn!"

There are 9Xers that make their elder take the hat off,but there are also ones now proning to other directions.They themselves are responsible for annoyed lookings on all the generation while mentioning the phrase "9X at present".
It can''t be admitted that over the old 8X,9X now have a better con***ion for learning and working,being more accessible to information.In 8X''s time,possessing a computer with Internet connnection at home was considered as superior to others.Holding a cellphone on hand was identified as showing too much,and driving an ordinary Wave motobike to school meant wealthies..Now,to 9Xers,those aren''t a big deal!
Now in an age of prevalent information technology,each home is connected with Internet because parents want their children to enjoy using things there to widen their knowledge and learn better as well as to be keen to every thing...They don''t reget their money bying their kids a classy mobilephone,a scooter so as not to be ashamed with their friends.
With such good con***ions, there are many 9Xers who have clutched the opportunity and have made differences.Many of them are freelancer of E-newspapers. Despite being students,still 9Xers have some bold ideas to open an online clothers shop, their own forums or even a restaurant till they grasped experiences,challenges and obstacles that the previous generation had passed down to them...That is something which 8Xers in the past,with merely theoretical and academic knowledge and no chance to search for news,couldn''t do.
It can be said that 9X now will be the country''s future.They are really talented,determined and ambitious.Further more, they are also active and creative in every thing..
However,it''s pitiful that besides 9Xers who take thier chance,there are also a portion of them who have been seduced by things in Internet....The teennagers become addicted to online games or affected by pornographic pictures and video clips.They mistake that to express their personality means to wear something scanty and hot...They follow virtual value confered by the net users community:"showing character" throgh silly actions such as cutting their hand and posting it in their blogs,or the tittle"hot blogger" with sky-rocketing page views because others rush into their entry to look at their body''s pictures.
Then,9X acquired Western cultures to be easier in thinking with such"love is to give" or "to go to love hotel is a small thing".They forget that anyway we are Vietnamese and the trad***ion al nature of Vietnamese girls is gentleness and shyness in graceful "ao dai" but not being careless and daring in multi-style converted school uniforms.
We all know that it is hard for 9X to overcome seduction,particularly in the period of showing themselves,but it isn''t impossible as well.Everything is up to them because their true or false stuff will make them winners or losers. All the way now are at their hands.Let people think different about 9X so that while mentioning this phrase,they can smile and say"I believe in that generation" but not endless head-shaking and saying"9X nowaday-a swarm of orgies".
