Hiện nay, các lớp do thầy Trần Ngọc Vui giảng dạy chỉ tuyển thêm khoảng 15 học viên mới vào lớp IELTS 38 (Học vào tối thứ 3 tối CN từ 6h15-9h15).
Trong giai đoạn 3 tháng đầu, lớp sẽ học phương pháp ghi nhớ và sử dụng từ + cấu trúc + Đọc hiểu siêu tốc + Quy luật Đọc hiểu + Quy luật Phát âm + Quy luật ôn bài (Hiện đang áp dụng kỷ luật khắt khe thông qua kiểm tra).

Growing traffic in urban areas is linked with a growing number of accidents and facilities, especially in developing countries. As traffic increases, people feel less safe to use the streets. Traffic accidents are also a challenge for sustainable development of Hanoi and are getting worse, with more than 2000 people injured. In the year 2005, the rate of traffic accident death was 27deaths/100,000 people, higher than the international average rate the total number of registered transportation means was 8.3, the rate of injured people over 10,000 registered transportation means was 10.7, the accident rate over system in Vietnam is one of the most dangerous systems in South East Asia and in the world. Compared with other provinces in Vietnam, Hanoi has the highest traffic accident traffic accident death number.
Analysis of road accident in terms of road users, data shows that most of accident were made by motorcycle drivers (around 61% of total accidents in 2005). It is reasonable because motorcycle is the main transport mode in Vietnam.

Du lịch, thực hiện kỳ nghỉ và chuyến đi ngày nay đã trở thành một hiện tượng xã hội quan trọng hơn hầu hết nhận định của các nhà bình luận.
Bề ngoài của hiện tượng này là một chủ đề đáng để viết sách. Và thực tế bởi vì các nhà khoa học xã hội đã gặp phải những khó khăn đáng kể trong việc giải thích các vấn đề quan trọng như việc làm, chính trị, người ta nghĩ rằng họ sẽ gặp những khó khăn lớn với hiện tượng nhỏ nhặt hơn như là việc thực hiện kỳ nghỉ.
Tuy nhiên có những điều thú vị đi kèm với nghiên cứu về vấn đề này. Điều này liên quan đến việc điều tra về đặc tính các tập tục xã hội kỳ quái xảy ra một cách rõ rệt như kẻ lạc đường trong một vài xã hội nhưng không cần thiết trong xã hội khác.
Giải định rằng việc điều tra về sự lầm đường lạc lối có thể phát hiện ra các khía cạnh quan trọng và hấp dẫn của xã hội thông thường. Người ta có thể cho rằng một phân tích tương tự có thể được thực hiện cho du lịch.
B. Du lịch là hoạt động du lịch được lên kế hoạch trước công việc tổ chức, điều chỉnh cụ thể phân biệt.
Du lịch là một vấn đề thể hiện cách thức công việc, giải trí được tổ chức như thế nào như phạm vi hoạt động xã hội điều chỉnh và khác biệt trong xã hội hiện đại. Thực tế đứng tại vai trò của một khách du lịch là một trong những đặc tính xác định tính hiện đại và là một khá niệm phổ biến của du lịch là được tổ chức tại những nơi cụ thể và diễn ra trong một khoảng thời gian ấn định. Mối quan hệ của khách du lịch gia tăng trong mỗi lần di chuyển đi và đến những điểm khác nhau. Điều này tất yếu có liên quan tới sự chuyển dịch nào đó mà ở đó là cuộc hành trình và khoảng thời gian ở một nơi mới hoặc nhiều nơi. Hành trình và dừng chân được xác định ngoài những nơi cư trú và làm việc thường nhật và kéo dài trong một khoảng thời gian ngắn, mang tính tạm thời và người ta cũng rất cần chú ý đến việc quay trở về nhà trong vòng khoảng thời gian tương đối ngắn.
C. Một tỷ lệ dân số lớn ở xã hội hiện đại đóng vai trò là khách du lịch, Các hoạt động, loại hình cung cấp xã hội hoá mới đã phát triển để đáp ứng các thị hiếu khác nhau của khách thăm quan khác với các sở thích du lịch cá nhân. Các địa điểm được chọn lọc để đến thăm quan bởi vì các điểm du lịch này nằm trong mong đợi đặc biệt qua sự mơ mộng, khả năng tưởng tượng các ước muốn lớn, Mức độ cũng như cảm giác liên quan cũng khác so với những điều gặp phải thông thường. Sự mong đợi này được xây dựng và duy trì qua các phương thức phi du lịch khác nhau như Films, TV, văn chương, tạp chí, các ghi chép, videos chính là các phương tiện hình thành và củng cố các giấc mơ.

and organised work It is one manifestation
of how work and leisure are organised as
separate and regulated spheres of social
practice in modern societies Indeed acting
as a tourist is one of the defining
characteristics of being modern?T and the
popular concept of tourism is that it is
organised within particular places and
occurs for regularised periods of time Tourist
relationships arise from a movement of
people to and their stay in various
destinations This necessarily involves some
movement that is the journey and a period
of stay in a new place or places The journey
and the stay are by definition outside the
normal places of residence and work and
are of a short term and temporary nature
and there is a clear intention to return
