DILEMMA 1- A MOTHERõ?TS CHOICE
A woman and her two children in Nazi concentration camp. For her childrenõ?Ts failed attempt to escape, they are about to be shot. At the last minute, the warden decides to play a game:
One of her children will be spared if she chooses which one
In an agony of indecision, as both children are being taken away, she suddenly does choose: They can take her daughter, who is younger and smaller. She hopes that her older and stronger son will be better able *****rvive, but she loses track of him and never does learn of his fate.
Years later, haunted by the guilt of having choosen between her children, the woman commits suicide.
Question:
1. Does this mother do the right thing? Should she feel guilty?

DILAMMA 2: A FARTHERõ?TS CHOICE
You are an inmate. A sadistic guard is about to hang your son who tried to escape and wants you to pull the chair from underneath him. He says that if you donõ?Tt he will not only kill your son but some other innocent inmate as well. You doõ?Tt have any doubt that he means what he says.
Question: What should you do?
DILAMMA 3 õ?" A SURGEONõ?TS CHOICE
A transplant surgeon have five patients. Each urgently need a different organ or dies soon. Unluckily, no organ available at the moment to perform any of these five transplant operations.
At that tiem a young and healthy tourist gets injured in a car accident and is brought to the hospital where the surgeon works. He is unconscious but his con***ion is non-critical. He is hooked up to the life support and will recover soon.
When doing checkup on the young tourist, the surgeon notices that the manõ?Ts organs are in perfect con***ions and totally compatible with his five patients. The surgeon starts thinking about the the possibility of turning off the life support (to kill the man) in order to save his patients. If the young disappears, no one suspects nothing about the surgeon
Question: Should the surgeon turn off the touristõ?Ts life support?
