I have 2 suggestions:
1. If we just lip-sing then our voice does not play an important role but body language does. Then, have you got a systematic / logical idea of how every body will jump up and down?
2. A portable speaker (Black has one) is much more convenient than a headphone.

we can''t bring enough speakers for all. Each mobile has its headphones so it''s easy to perform. Esp. when we sing together, one speaker seems so few Furthermore, to move the speaker to one another will be time-consuming
