    Có một bạn thắc mắc cách chuyển điểm sang scale 1-4 của TBN. Tôi thấy trong phần hướng dẫn người ta đã ghi rất rõ ràng cách chuyển đổi, ko hiểu công thức chuyển điểm mà họ hướng dẫn có gì khó hiểu?
    Công thức có sẵn ở trang 3 của mục sau đây http://www.postgrado.csic.es/JAE-Pre/modelos/JAE_pred_declaration_NM_10.doc.
    Trong đó ghi rõ phải chuyển hệ thống điểm của bạn sang Percent trước khi chuyển điểm sang scale 1-4. Cụ thể :
    Percent = 50 + 50(Ncert-Nmin)/(Nmax-Nmin)
    Nếu các bạn đi tứ Nga thì Nmax =5, Nmin=3, còn Ncert chính là điểm số mà bạn đạt được ở môn học đó. Sau khi tính percent bạn so sánh percent với các mức tương ứng để chuyển sang điểm 1-4. Ví dụ như giả sử bạn được điểm 4 theo thang điểm của Nga thì :
    Percent= 50 +50(4-3)/(5-3) = 75% tức là nằm trong khoảng 70%-89.9%, chuyển đổi ra thì thành điểm 2 trong hệ thống TBN.

    Cô giáo có gửi cho em một email nói về cách hoàn thành hồ sơ, trong đó có dòng :
    "In the case of studies partially or totally completed in a foreign country, the certification will inform about the maximum and minimum grades needed to pass the examinations."
    Em chưa bao giờ thấy có giấy tờ nào quy định Nmax and Nmin trong quá trình học cả!Bảng điểm trong bằng tốt nghiệp của em chỉ ghi Excellent,Good.Chứ ko ghi là 5 hay 4. Anh Thanh_Lam cho em lời khuyên với ạ! Em phải làm sao đây ạ?
