Đây là hành trình dự kiến của tụi mình:


Day 0 25/8 HN--Chengdu : Bus to Nanning depart at 12:00am -“ Fly to Chengdu at 22:20
Stay overnight in Chengdu

Day 1 26/8 Chengdu : Free in Chengdu: Qingyang Temple, Jinli Ancient Street,Jinsha Excavation Site
The train to Lhasa depart at 18:18pm

Day 2 27/8 : On the train

Day 3 28/8 Arrive in Lhasa : Arrive at Lhasa airport /Train Station.Our guide and driver will meet you, and then transfer to Lhasa city. On the way, you can enjoy the heart-beating highland view along the Yearlong Tsangpo river (the longest river in Tibet with highest elevation in the world).After check in hotel, the rest time is free for relax and acclimatize to the High Altitude.
Stay overnight in Lhasa.

Day 4 29/8 Lhasa City tour: Full day excursion in Lhasa including Jokhang Temple , Barkor Street and Potola Palace.
Potala Palace(2h) was built in the 7th century by the famous Tibetan king-Songtzen Gampo. The present one was built by the 5th Dalai Lama in the 17th century. It became known as the "Winter Palace" by the 1750, when the 7th Dalai Lama built the Norbulingka Park as his summer residence.
Tibetan King Songtzen Gampo built Jokhang Temple (1.5h) for his Nepalease wife in the mid-7th century A.D. Now it is the most sacred place in Tibet. Pilgrims come here to worship from all over Tibet.
You will visit Barkhore Street (1h) after you finish visiting Jokhang Monastery.

Day 5 30/8 Lhasa--Yamdrok-tso--Pelkor Monastery--Shigatse: Today, you will visit Dreprung Monastery, NorbuLingka.
In the morning, drive to Lhasa via dazzling Yamdrok-tso Lake (40m), which can be seen from the summit of Mt. Kamba-la (4794m). Yamdrok-tso is one of three holy lakes in Tibet.
When you arrive at Gyantse, visit Pelkor Monastery (1h). The Monastery is founded in 1418, notable for its superb Kumbum Chode(100,000 Buddha statues). Watch the resist-British-troops ruin --- Zongshan Fortress from a far distance.
Later transferred to Shigatse.

Day 6 31/8 Shigatse --Lhasa : Today, you will visit one of the six great monasteries of Tibet, the Panchen Lama's Seat, Tashilunpo Monastery of the Gelug Sect(Gelugpa). Built in1447 by the first Dalai Lama, it houses a giant statue of the Maitreya Buddha (the future Buddha), the biggest gilded statue of Maitreya in China, and the tomb of the 4th Panchen Lama containing masses of jewels and gold. There are also some spectacular tombs of other past Panchen Lamas. Currently, 600 monks live in the monastery. In the afternoon, the drive along the Yalung Tsangpo River by the China-Nepal Friendship Highway will bring you back to Lhasa. Overnight lodging in Lhasa

Day 7 1/9 Lhasa--Nam-tso --Yangpachen hot springs--Lhasa: Early in the morning, you will go to Ganden Monastery, In Dagze County 60 kilometers to the east of Lhasa, it is one of the three great monasteries in Lhasa and one of the six great monasteries of the Gelug Sect. Gandain means happiness and contentedness in Tibetan. The Gandain Monastery was built in early 15th century under the supervision of Zongkaba, the founder of the Gelupa Sect. The main buildings include the Coqen Hall, the Chamaber of Zonggaba and the colleges of Yangbajian.
Nam-tso (alt. 4,718m, 15,479ft), the highest saltwater lake in the world (known in Tibetan as the “sky lake”). You will stop at the lookout of Mt. Nyaiqen-Thanglha (alt.4,640m,15,222ft) and the top of Mt. Nagela Pass (alt. 5,190m 17,027ft) on the way for picturesque views of the spectacular landscape. As one of the four holy lakes in Tibet, this vast lake covers 1,900 square kilometers (247 acres) and is the second largest saltwater lake in China. On the way back from Namtso, you will stop at Yangpachen hot springs, a natural hot spring that locals believe have healing agents. If you desire, you can go for a dip in the spring for an added charge not covered in your tour package. You will return to Lhasa in the early evening and spend the night here

Vào tibet bắt buộc phải mua tour bạn ạ, tuy nhiên hành trình là do tụi mình tự lên. Thời gian ở ngoài Tibet là tự do và tự lo [r2)]
