The information about the total of sales and Coca-Cola share prices is divided into two chart.

It is clear from the pie chart that in % of total by far the greatest proportion of Coca-Cola’s unit case volume by region 2000 is generated by North America, at 30,4%. Less than about 5%, namely 25,7%, is produced from Latin America. Europe and Asia together account for another 36,9% of unit case, leaving Africa and Middle East at only 7%. In other words, virtually 100% of sales for Coca-Cola in global, there is only the insignificant amount of 7% came from a poverty and low income land.

On the other hand, it can be seen from the graph shows the changing money of Coca-Cola share price between 1996 and 2001. In 1996, the line get approximately at 40$ and drastically rise at 70$ in one year later. The price grow up and hit a peak at 80$ in 1998. However, after that it decrease quickly and hit a low at 48$ in 2000 even though it soar slightly in next year. Meanwhile, the share prices for Coca-Cola fluctuate over a six year period.

There can be no doubt that the data is shown about the total of sales and share prices of Coca-Cola in the period from 1996 to 2001 over the world.

And the information that we receive from these sources is organised by news e***ors. Have you ever wondered what factors influence news e***ors’decisions on what to be broadcasted on television and what to be printed in newspaper? In my view, there are two main ones: the kind of the newspaper or television channel and the purpose of the e***ors.
First, it is the kind of newspaper or television channel that decides what information to be given to readers. If you are watching a sport channel, for example, you just can expect to see information related to sports. That would be very strange if you found some political news or something like that in this channel. Similarly, a fashion magazine should give us information about fashion shows, new tendency of fashion… not ones about education or technique.
In ad***ion, the purpose of the e***ors also plays an important role in deciding what to be printed in newspaper or broadcasted on television. If e***ors are only interested in profit, and their sole aim is to attract more and more people to buy their newspapers, for example, they will probably just want to bring shocking or sensational news to readers and even exaggerate unimportant events to appeal them.
In our daily lives, we seem to get used to bad news. There are too much bad news that is reported in newspaper or on television. According to a recent reasearch of vnexpress.com, a vietnamese famous online newspaper, three in five newspaper articles are about bad news such as accidents, murders, suicides… These bad news more attract people’s attention than good news so reporters seem to concentrate their minds on them than good ones. Too much bad news received each day makes we feel that our lives are full of dangers and threats, and seem to ignore good things that still happen around us. This influence is really bad, especially for young generation because it makes them tend to think and act in negative ways. Hence, in my opinion, we should report more good news and reduce bad news as much as possible.
In conclusion, we can easily see that it is not only the type of newspaper or television channel but also the aim of the news e***ors that affect the decisions on what to be reported.

Or is it the responsibility of the governments of poorer nations to look after their citizens themselves?

Essay:

The development of global economy has many advantages to many countries on over the world. But this also makes the gap between rich nations and poor nations become bigger and bigger. There are still places where people have to face to famine and illiterateness everyday. In my opinion, wealthy nations should be required to share their wealth among poorer nations by providing such things as food and education because of three reasons.

Firstly, people on over the world, any skin color or ethnic group, we are human being after all. We are all children of Mother Earth, therefore, there is so unfair when a person in a country has a wealthy life, another person in other places has a bad one. People everywhere have the right to live in a peaceful and happy life. Hence, caring for each other is the responsibility of everyone, every nation. It’s humane!

Secondly, wealthy nations should help poor nations because there are some problems that poor nations can not solve by themselves. Many nations in Africa and Asia are extremely poor. According to the statistic from United Nations, in 2010, there are over 1 billion people who are facing to famine in the world, of which Africa accounted for more than 50%. Illiterateness is also a serious problem with 759 million people illiterate in the world, of which China, India, Indonesia, Brazil and Egypt take more than 70%. Wealthy nations should share their wealth among poorer nations by giving them food and education, in that way, the gap between nations will be smaller and smaller, and the relation between nations will be better and better.

Finally, although helping poorer nations is very necessary, this help should stop at providing such things as food and education. Otherwise, poorer nations will not have motivation to develop their countries by themselves, and be dependent on wealthy nations. In some cases, this economic dependence leads to the dependence on other fields, like politics or culture, and that will be very dangerous. Poor nations should have their own policy, base on the help of other nations, to build up their own nation more and more wealthy and peaceful.

In conclusion, helping and sharing to poor nations are good action that wealthy nations should do. But they need to know what the limit is, then poor countries can try their best to give their citizens a better life. That is a key which makes the world become more and more beautiful.

Similarly, a sharp rise in the number of male involving in heart attacks was recorded. The statistic in the case of the 45-64 year old group was treble that of people who were 29-44 years old, at about 400 thousand people. The line graph presents information about the change of the number of people visits to music choice site and pop parade site. It shows that the amount of visitor fluctuates during the first 15 days. In the first 3 days, Pop parade site have a little change in volume of access, about 120000. However, in the next 2 days, it dramatically decreases to about one second of ones in the third day. Over the period sixth to fifteen days, the value of guest on this site rises and falls erratically, and reaches peak on the fifteen day.
On the other hand, in the first 4 days, the count of visitant is erratic. Between fourth and eleventh days, it have a few differences. In the twelfth day, it gradually skyrockets than yesterday. Over the later of period, it is fitful and achieves a maximum value in fourteen day. Nevertheless, in fifteen day, it significantly deteriorates.
There can be no doubt that, this line graph illustrates the variation of the total people visited two new music website on the first 15 days.

To me, the responsibility of the governments of poorer nations to look after their citizens themselves. Of course, there is not natural that the poor always get the support from other countries. If the governments of poorer countries do not interest in their citizens, the countries will be looked backward.

Nowadays, competition in whole fields between the countries are more and more violent . Because, there are not the poorer nations are always received from wealthy nations. Therefore, the poor countries must be self-reliant. Japan is a typical country of this tra***ion. Hence, from a country is exhausted mineral resources, but Japan still become the power nation and is not inferior than other contries over the world. We should learn them.

What happens when a country is more and more becoming poorer? We are defeated by the other wealthy nations. Economic will be degreded. Political will be threatened. Life of citizens is declining. Educational level is low and disease is interminable even lead to a nation is bankrupt….,so I think “don’t give poor money, because if you give them money, it will make them more poorer !”

Finally, we may believe that poor nations are completely became wealthy nations by the interest of the government and the efforts of citizens. Then, they totally have a free and plentiful life.

Em Quốc E45 ạ.

The bar chart reveals the proportion of male and female illiterates in various areas of the world for the year 2000.
From the chart we can see that the rate of unlettered men is quite low in the three first regions, with only 1% in developed nations, 10% in Latin America and Caribbean, and approximately 8% in East Asia and South West Pacific. The percentage of their counterparts in the next three zones were far higher, at about threefold the rate in Latin America, namely 30% in Sub-Saharan Africa, about 28% in Arab States and 34% in South Asia.
It’s obvious that the number of women who could not read was remarkably greater than of men in all areas, except for Latin America and Caribbean, where it was just slightly higher. Once more, the regions had the lowest proportion of illiterate women were developed countries (approx. 2%), Latin America/Caribbean (about 12%) and East Asia/Oceania (20%). Women uneducated again constituted much larger in Sub-Saharan Africa, Arab States and South Asia, with rates of about 48%, 52% and 56% respectively.
In brief, despite the variation between the rates of illiterates in various regions, there were always more women than men who were unable to read.
