If the tourists like go to the best place in VN for entertainment, they visit three amusement parks : Dam Sen, Dai Nam, Suoi tien….However if you really want to go local for night-life, you can eat in food stall, order some drink and chat until midnight .

Today, with the rapid development of society, increasingly global climate changed dramatically, and negatively affect the living environment of humans, so all everyone wanted to prevent the change global climate change. Have two important points related to prevent global climate change:
1. Individuals can prevent global climate change
2. The government and big business can make a difference
To better understand the views is right, we need to understand this two view, from which we can find the most effective method to prevent global climate change
- The first one: the people or individuals has the a lot of work to prevent climate change, such as:
· Change a light. Replacing a regular light bulb with a compact fluorescent one saves 150 pounds of carbon dioxide each year
· Drive less. Walk, bike, carpool, take mass transit, and/or trip chain. All of these things can help reduce gas consumption and one pound of carbon dioxide for each mile you do not drive.
· Recycle more and buy recycled. Save up to 2,400 pounds of carbon dioxide each year just by recycling half of your household waste. By recycling and buying products with recycled content you also save energy, resources and landfill space!
· Check your tires. Properly inflated tires mean good gas mileage. For each gallon of gas saved, 20 pounds of carbon dioxide are also never produced.
· Use less hot water. It takes a lot of energy to heat water. Reducing the amount used means big savings in not only your energy bills, but also in carbon dioxide emissions. Using cold water for your wash saves 500 pounds of carbon dioxide a year, and using a low flow showerhead reduces 350 pounds of carbon dioxide. Make the most of your hot water by insulating your tank and keeping the temperature at or below 120.
- Besides, have the view that: only governments and big business can prevent climate change worldwide
· Improving transportation systems through measures such as use of standard quality control vehicles, fuel tax, registration fee incentives for the fuel or fuel use new materials.
· Improving the quality of apartment buildings and commercial centers by enacting laws and regulations relating to construction, equipment standardization, encouraging the development of land management and effective , invest in projects using energy efficiency.
· Increased use of biofuels by encouraging manufacturers and consumers, standardizing the investment capital for energy.
· Quickly design and deployment of power plants capable of installing equipment to separate the sources of CO2 pollution.

Besides, large businesses also contribute an important role in global climate change, according to United nations reports, the 30% of industrial waste is due to the large businesses in the United states, so that the large businesses to comply with discharge process is a major contribution to climate protection.
From my own perspective, I think that each individual is a nucleus, the government and large businesses with their role will be decide to preventing global climate change .
Based on the above discussion and analysis, we can see that climate change is an issue that we all must have the interest and need practical action to prevent it.

Most people think that teachers should teach students how to judge right and wrong and how to behave well. Some feel that people should just teach students academic subject. Discuss.
Some people think that teachers teach students moral lessons is necessary to give them comprehensive education. However, some others argue that teachers have main function teaching students academic lessons. Each person has varying comcerrns but each opinion has its own merits.
Moral lesson at school can help students distunguish between right and wrong and behave judicious. At the teen age, students who are very young and naïve so they can not recongnise from classmate or their parents. Thank to moral lessons at schools, student will become good citizens. However, is it true in any cricumstances? Facts shown that, those who only have moral lessons are lack academic lessons anh knowledge, they become useless and isolated in modern and developmental life.
The second opinion, they thanks to academic subjects. Todays, students want to pursuit higher education, knowledge and skills important which helps them a lot in their works; contribute more the growth of their nations and to catch up the development of the world. Morever, they only have academic lessons, are lack moral lessons, for a particular purpose that make them go back law and moral norms.
All in all, both moral and academic lessons are very important. The key to our students bright futures is a values based comprehensive education system.

Some people think that there are things individuals can do to help prevent global climate change. Others believe that action by individuals is useless and irrelevant and that it is only governments and large businesses which can make a difference. Two opinions are both right, but they aren’t really in opposite.

I partly agree that there are things individuals can do to help prevent global climate change. Firsly, each action of each people, small or big, also have many effects on the environment. If they are positive, it’ll be very good. There are many simple ways. For example, many families have used solar household utensils as heater, thermal…. In fact, they are the saved-energy productions. It leads to save the natural resources and to against the climate change. In ad***ion, we can plant some trees in our living area or turn off electronic devices when not use.

Besides, I suppose that it’s not enough if we only tell about the individual things. The roles of the governments and large businesses are also very important. The environmental problems, especially global climate change, are being paid attentions by many nations and organizations all over the world. Typically, many international conferences have held to discuss about those problems. The nearest is COP 15 in Copenhagen, Denmark. This is the special conference of UN about climate change. Besides, the famous Kyoto protocol in 1990 defined the limit of the releasing gas.

In my personal opinion, we should have a connection between huge campaigns and individual actions to reach more successes.

In summary, clearly, global climate change is a real challenger with the humanity.

In modern days, the most controversial problem is global climate change. Every years, countries all over the world from the rich to poor one always debate on this topic and try to find the solution. Besides governments and large organization, there are remarkable amount of campaigns hold through years to raise people’s consciousness about environment and encourage each individual to take an action to protect our Earth home. Toward that problem, there are different opinions. Some think that there are things individuals can do to help prevent global climate change while others believe that the problem can only be solved by governments and large business. Firstly, as the individual who want to contribute the little effort to help the Earth, there are variety of works can be done. Global Climate Change is not the short time phenomenon but it is the result of human beings action through hundreds of year after the industrialization. In fact people don’t conceive of their lifestyle action, however, they also take part in the process of making the global climate worse and worse. For example, driving car exhale tons of carbon dioxide to the air every year or using water and electricity very wasteful. In many countries, the public transportation have developed rapidly and more convenient in order to very distant places. If not necessary and there are two available choices which is car and public transportation, why should people not use the more eco-friendly one? The simpler one is saving up water and electricity. In Vietnam, each year governments must invest more and more money to buy fuels to run the electricity station or build up more hydroelectric power station to provide enough energy for citizens. However, it is still no effective at all. The same case also happens to water. Each individual should turn off one lamp in their house in unnecessaryor turn off water faucet when it is not in use. With millions people taking saving up action like that, the result is remarkable.
On the other side, there are solution can only be administered by governments and national organization. The government is the agency which decide and promulgate the law, restrictions and punishment. If government has more strict rule enforce people, companies, organizations have to protect environment during producing process or cut off poisonous chemiscal elements that effect badly on the enviroment, there will be more effective than campaign with just mere persuasion and no punishment. Taking Japan for instances, to improve the life standard for residents, around buildings there are always small parks with various types of plants, flowers, trees. The domestic [FONT=&quot]waste water treatment [/FONT][FONT=&quot]purify the water before coming to the river so that there is no smell, no chemical elemets remained in water. The quality of water is natural enough for fishes, duckes to live in. That system is applied for all residental areas in Tokyo. Actually the government plays the big role on solving global warming problem. To reduce carbon dioxide’s amount on air, the number of cars should be reduced. In order to do that, the massive public transportation must be settled down according to the demands of citizens. Staying side by side with government is national or international organizations, businesss. Not even funds, big groups of volunteers all around the world can be gathered under the same leader with the clear policies: what to do, how to do. Individuals from everywhere are connected, worked together, bring more forces and strong voices towards governments, authorities to care more about global warming.[/FONT]
