Em Nguyễn Trọng Cường E52 nộp bài ::-ss

Everything has a good side and a bad side, and sports is no exception.

Nowadays, major sports events have the potential to offer significant benefits to any countries, but at the same time are likely to entail immense resource utilisation at enormous risk. This essay will show the benefits and some problems if some countries want to host of major sports competition.

There are several obvious benefits. By sports competitions have greatly increased the economical capacity of regional economies. Sports events has many positive aspects to society. It fosters collaboration among the public sector, private sector, and community . Another positive aspect that is the newly created employment opportunities associated with sport are most often low-skilled and casual. Owing to sports events so there is increased in monetary and tourism are the relative and first effects of sporting . For example : the World Cup soccer , the International Olympics,.... . These events highlight the countries which to host them .
The second thing that must be taken into consideration is that some citizens do not want to host a major sports competition. Because the major sports competition often brings a lot of spectators to watch after that many problems will occur. For example : spectator violence in stadiums , underage drinking. They are also related to issues of crowd control at other types of locations as examples crowd public thoroughfares , littering, loitering, traffic congestion, even terrorism attack. Furthermore, the host countries have to spend a enormous money to build the sports competition areas as well as having to invest more

From what has been discussed above, we may finally draw the conclusion that it is good thing for a country to host a major sports competition. Because it will make for the country more famous and can earn a lot of money from visitor and tourist as well as to spread knowledge about the culture, people and life of the country

Well obviously there are a number of importances of newspapers today. Though I suppose that the most obvious would be that newspapers is a huge source of information. Specificially, the information in a newspaper can't be found anywhere else.
2. To what extent should the media be regulated?
Well in my opinion, i guess i would have to say that the media should be regulated. There are obviously a number of motives surrouding this idea. The chief cause might be that there are too much violent in verious media forms these days. At the same time, a secondary factor could be that media focus too much on celebrites and celebrity lifestyles.
3. What effect can the media have on public opinion?
Obviously there are a number of impacts. But I would probably say that for the most part, the one thing that really stands out is that The media has the power to drive consumers to make purchases that they might not otherwise make. This is without doubt effect because it transfers information and everyone can contact together gerardless long distance. Beside this, another stumbling block might be that the media can influence political elections unjustly. This is usually an aggravation because Many people who rely on the media for accurate information, which includes presenting polling information accurately, can be led to form a position that is not based on fact.
4. Do you think the media sometimes focus too much on celebrities and celebrity lifestyles? Why?
Well in my opinion, i guess i would have to say that the media pays too much attention to celebrities and celebrity lifestyles. There are obviously a number of motives surrouding this idea.
The chief cause might be that people pay too much attention to celebrity news and not enough attention to news that has real impact on their lives. At the same time, a secondary factor could be that celebrities have given people an excuse not to think for themselve and it is not inherent to the idea.

1. How important are newspapers these days?
Well you know, along with the rapid development of the society, newspapers plays an important role in our life. The first thing I should mention is that newspapers provides us with a lot of useful information in all areas of our life, so we not only collect more living experiences but also share with other people the problems we are concerned about. For instance, when reading about the facts of a robbery on newspapers, we will be more vigilant to protect our properties and will remind other people of being careful. Another point which I could add is that newspapers is considered as a tool to propaganda policies, laws, literary arts, science, technolgy… to improve the awareness, the knowledge of people to obey and apply them in actual life. In ad***ion to this, newspapers is also a means of stimulating economic, cultural and social development as well as promoting the process of innovation and integration because it can introduce the country, culture, human of Viet Namto many countries all over the world.
2. To what extent should the media be regulated?
From my own perspective, the media should be regulated in appropriate extent by the provisions of laws. In fact, the provisions of laws should ensure the freedom of speech in order that the media can reflect the actual and natual issues. However, the media should be controled and mornitored so that it couldn’t have bad effects on public, especially children. In ad***ion to this, journalists and media staff should be regulated to obey the rules of profession and the provisions of laws to avoid violating other people’s private secrets.
3. What effect can the media have on public opinion?
Well as you can probably guess, the media have both positive and negative effects on public opinion. Actually, if the articles, the photos and the programs on the media convey peaceful, happy and successful lives, everyone will feel safe, cheerful and optimistic. Therefore, the media can encourage and stimulate people by trying their best to gain the success they desired. On the other hand, if the media shows the pictures of depression, crisises, crimes, violences, riots or wars, people will feel risky, anxious and even pessimistic. In general, the media can direct public opinion in society.
4. Do you think the media sometimes focus too much on celebrities and celebrity lifestyles? Why or why not?
I do strongly support the idea that the media sometimes focus too much on celebrities and celebrity lifestyles. The point I’d like to begin with is that the goal of the media is to attract more and more people by evoking their curiosity so the media collects and publishes a lot of information about famous people. As well as that, I could say that in some events, celebrities themselves are desirous to make them more famous by creating a lot of scandals or paying money for the journalists, therefore their private lives are always followed by the media. However, too much focusing on celebrities sometimes makes the famous people feel to be disturbed, loss of freedom and lead to many troubles to the celebrities as well as the journalists.

How important are newspaper these days?
Today, newspapers plays an extremely important role in social life. The point I’d like to begin with is that press is an important information channel to transmit problems occurring in the life. Another point which I could add is that newspapers is also a forum where people can exchange views, ideas with their managers to contribute to build the nation. In ad***ion, press is an effective entertainment means which can help people relax in their spare time.
2. To what extent should the media be regulated?
From my own perspective, we need to have reasonable rules to regulate media activities. On the one hand, freedom of speech of people should be ensured; on the other hand, there should be restriction to some programs of media which bring unappropriated contents. For example, films contain violence or pornography are not good for children therefore it should be strictly regulated.
3. What effect can the media have on public opinion?
I do strongly support the idea that the media has great influence on public opinion. The first thing we can see that media is subject which creates public opinion. Each of the key information appears on newspapers or on the internet will cause a lot of different flows of public opinion. Moreover, media also plays an important role in forming public opinion. If the media reflects the objective reality, it will make public opinion develop in the right direction and vice versa.
4. Do you think the media sometimes focus too much on celebrities and celebrity lifestyles?
Yet I am one of many people who feel that media focus too much on celebrities and celebrity lifestyles. Actually, today, when watching any newspapers or visit a website, we can easy to find a lot of information about celebrity lifestyles. All the private information of celebrity lifestyles, especially actors or singers are exploited by the media. The main cause of this problem is in order to satisfy curiosity of the public, especially the young.

BLUE WHALE
Of course I think I’d have to say that I’m quite a big fan of blue whale. This could be because I enjoy the large animals and I feel myself small in the vast natural. I need to start off by pointing out that the blue whale is the largest animal in the world to have existed. It is a marine mammal, 33 meter long and 200 ton weigh or more (equally 30 elephants in Africa are combined).
Whales breathe through lungs, give birth and breastfeed. The blue whale's body is long, slender and blue-grey. The stomach divides into many small compartments and there isn’t gallbladder. Its heart weighs 600 kilograms and is the largest known.
As other whales, it eats small crustaceans as krill. To eat whale often swims fast forward and opens mouth, seawater carrying fish and shrimp is sucked on. It swallows to keep food down to stomach, but water is ejected out through the teeth as comb.
Another point which I could add is that the reason why I’m a fan of blue whale because when swimming on the surface to breathe, the blue whale raises its shoulder and sprays water high into the air which looks like a fountain on the ocean. However, I have only seen them on TV and newspapers, It will be wonderful if I can see them directly.
The blue whales are listed in the Red Book of endangered because they bring great economic value so fishing them is larger in recent years.
