To what extent do you agree or disagree with statement?

The commonest target of people’s lives is happiness. Therefore, they always look for something which can ensure their happiness best. The issue of the role of wealth for guaranteeing happiness is a controversial. On the one hand, a sizable percentage of people argue that having a lot of money leads to nuisances and unhappiness. On the other hand, many people hold the view that wealth is essential to have happiness. In the final analysis, I am convinced that strong financial foundation guarantees happiness well.
One reason for my belief is that when financial con***ions are full, people can ensure their health better. They can access to the best health care services. They can do regular health checks to detect various diseases. In ad***ion, the rich can completely meet the other health con***ions such as the fresh living environment and the diet with all the necessary nutrients.
Another reason is that rich men can do exciting activities. They go to the theater, play golf or drive a luxury yacht. They can enjoy expensive meals at a five-star hotel and travel abroad. They can do whatever they want without minding how the cost is.
Perhaps my most important reason is that the financial freedom helps people care for their family. Because someone is too busy working to have time for himself and his family, many people equate wealth with unhappiness. In my opinion, it is untrue. Working hard is only in the initial period and after that, in the former one, he does not need much time for working but his work keeps developing. Therefore, he can spend much time taking care of his wife and children.
For all these reasons, I firmly believe that wealth plays an important role to protect happiness.

On the one hand, there are a number of people say that having a lot of money makes people feel happy. On the other hand, others believe that happiness does not make sure by money. One reason for my belief is that wealth attends to physical needs as well as spirit factors which make closely people to happy. In fact, when people have a lot of money, they can buy many things make you laugh or travel around the world without worrying about money. Another is that wealth plays some important role to obtain people’s purpose. If people want to study at school or treat in hospital, they will have money for paying fees. Happiness is caused by money when people use it for saving anybody from illness or attending a famous university. Moreover, people can make money change into happiness in many ways such as: offering scholarships or helping poor patients. [/FONT]

To my certain knowledge, the main argument can be that having a lot of money leads to people feels life is boring and meaningful. Truly, they have not motivation to work hard or trying to achieve their goals because they conscious that they can obtain many things easily. Perhaps this is because of the simple fact that wealth results in they are difficult to have a real friend. Some people make friend with rich people because they want to take advantage of money. PART 1:
1. Tell me something about your family?
Well, first of all, my family can be considered as a nuclear Vietnamese family with 4 members, my father, my mother, my brother and me. My father works for an environment organization and my mom is a teacher. In the past, my family is not wealthy, but now, by the working hard of my parents, everything seems better. Maybe we aren’t too rich, haven’t got big house, modern car, but we’re always happy. Like you know, “money can’t buy happiness”, and I feel so lucky when I was born in this family.
2. What do you like doing most with your family?
As I say, my parents work quite hard to take care for our family, so we don’t have much time to stay together. Luckily, my parents like movie, they always spent about 3 or 4 nights a week, sometime more, to watch movies. Those are the moments we gather, not only to watch movie, we also share our feeling, talk about our work, about difficulties in life, etc…So I suppose I have to say that I really enjoy watching movie at home with my family.
3. Who are you close to in your family?
Actually, I love my family so much and I want to close to all members. But to be honest I should really say that my father is too busy, he often goes home late, and so do my brother. So I suppose that’s the reason make me close to my mother most. When I get home after a tired day, my mother is always there and take care for me. And of course, that’s make me feel better so much.

4. In what way is family important to you?
Well, as you know, in any case, family always is the most important thing to each person in the world, of course not except me. First of all, when I get some trouble or some difficulities in life, family always me and willing to help me or at least give me some value advices. A second feature which I should mention is that family grows me up and make me happy all the time. And I probably have to say that nothing can replace my family.
PART 2:
Describe a close friend.
You should say:
How long you have known this person
How you met
What kind of person he/ she is
And explain why you like him/ her.
As you know, except family, a close friend is also very important to each person. Sometime we got problems which we can share with our family, that’s when we need a good close friend. Of course, I have got a close friend too and his name is Son. Actually, I don’t remember exactly when we met each other, it’s about 3 years ago when I started study in the university and we’re at the same class. The first point about this guy I suppose to say is that he’s really straightforward. In the past, sometimes he made me go mad when we discussed about work, but now, I realize that with this characteristic, he don’t hide me anything when we talk to each other. Honestly, it’s make me quite comfortable. The second point I should mention about him is that he has no common with me at all. But luckily, because of that, we can share everything and give to each person at least two views about one problem and get the best way to solve. In general, I think having a close friend is very useful.
PART 3:
1. What do you expect from a good friend?
Well in my opinion I would have to say that a good friend must be a person who can share with me everything in life, include feeling of friendships, loves, even trouble, problem I and he / she opposite. We always stay gather when one need help from other. Another point which I expect from a good friend is that he / she never make me disappointed. It’s mean that he / she never cheat on me or take advantage of me. As you know, to find a good friend is not easy, that’s the reason why it’s really happy when we got a good friend.

2. Are friends as important to you as family?
Maybe with somebody, comparing between friends and family is a really hard question. But to me, family must be more important than friends obviously. I suppose that the most difference would be that family has been stay with me since I was born. Actually, friends is quite good, but a friend could come and go easily while family’s always beside me, willing to protect and help me all the time. So that, in any case, family must be the best in my heart.
3. Do you think friendship changes as we get older?
Well, as you know, “nothing is forever” even the friendship. I guess that when we get older we will opposite many changes in our life, such as getting married, having children, or something really bad. And in some case, when a person can’t control the situation, he/she must changes opinion and relationship to get balance. That’s the moment when the friendship changes. But in general I would say that a friend is quite important to each person, so that in any case, we have to keep the friendship as long as we can do.
