“ wealth does not necessarily guarantee happiness”
To what extent do you agree or disagree with statement?
Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Everything has a good side and a bad side, and riches are no exception. Some people thinks that when they are rich they can have every things they want and get a happiness life but from my perspective I think that happiness is harmoniously combined between material and emotional and I believe that Healthiness may be an favorable factor for people however this element could not ensure that our lives will be perfect.
One of reason for my belief is that money could be the means for us to satisfy our material needs as buying foods, fashion, cars, houses and different things, but it can not brings gladness because there are so many things we are not able to buy for example love, honest, care, emotional… money also help us do not have to work to make money, we do not have to think about cost for living or school fee by contrast it makes people so boring because they have nothing to do moreover they do not have aim to live , the life becomes meaningless.
Another reason is that a man of wealth can easily meet fully needs, deal with jobs by money but they always thinks about how to protect their asset and earns more and more money, even they do not have time to regard their family as their relatives. It becomes the reason for many divorces and broken home by the clearly evidence that the majority of divorce cases in the rich people , In some case Money is caused conflicts between husband and wife, parents and child, brothers in family. People even kill each other to dispute fortune.
Perhaps my most important reason is that economy can be a essential factor to maintain a happily life but it is not decision factor one because a man can not live alone with his asset, if he want to be happy he will need some one to love, a family to take care, a friend to share…money can meet fully material wants but it can not address mind gap.
From what has been discussed above, we may finally draw the conclusion that financial is important in our life but it can not create a perfect life.

Along with the development of society, more and more problems are brought to our attention, one of which is that whether wealth guarantees happiness or not. A sizable percentage of people are of the opinion that wealth does not bring happiness. On the other hand, there are also some people who strongly take the view that when people have much money, it can make things a lot easier and they do not suffer from any troubles, they can enjoy their happiness. From my own perspective, wealth and happiness are two different categories, wealth or money cannot bring happiness. Perhaps this is because of many reasons below.
First of all, money can buy almost anything, for example: houses, cars, gold,...; meanwhile, happiness is an abstract concept, it cannot be identified as specified things and cannot be valued by money. Instead of talking about happiness, one should talk about satisfaction, achievement, interest, or enjoyment. If a person love sport car very much, he will be happy when owning one, he needs money to buy the car. In fact, it is not money which can buy his happiness. Having money is just only a method to help him satisfy his desire because there are many other ways: sometimes working for an auto showroom shop or an auto manufacture can also make him happy. In other case, a millionaire can buy many cars which he wants, but he does not have much time to enjoy it because he is so busy to gain money. He has less time to enjoy life, he always want more than ever before, he cannot identify what his real happiness is. These cases show that being weathier does not mean being happier, but sometimes wealth can help people come to their happiness fastlier. Based on the above discussion and analysis, we can see that whether people feel happy is depending on every oneself awareness of happiness, and wealth or money maybe is one of many ways to come to happiness.

1. 1. Tell me something about your family.
Well, we are a family of four. It is my parents, my older sister and me. My father has been working as a worker for 30 years. My mother is a housewife and my sister who is going to get married is a cook.
2. 2. What do you like doing most with your family?
Well, it’s hard to me to choose what I want to do most with my family but honestly it is when we have a family reunion. I mean that we have dinner with all our close relatives. You know, we talk about everything and it’s very noisy when people have so many things to say. However, after that I feel how close we are , how well we get on and sometimes I find myself missing that noise.
3. 3.Who are you close to in your family?
You might not know this but we are a very close family. However, I suppose if I would have to say I am close to my mother. She is really a good listener and adviser. And if I’m ever in trouble, she’s always the first one who knows it.
4. In what way is your family important to you?
Simply, without them I have nothing. Sometimes, I get into fights with my family but it doesn’t mean that I would want to live without them. I can turn to one of them for help and I know that I will never ever be able to find a person who knows me as well as my family. So my family is everything to me.

Part 2: describe a close friend

Well, one of my best friends is Linh. She was my classmate at high school. We have been known each other for 5 years but we have been best friends for 4 years. At first, I didn’t like her, I could even say I hated her. I thought that she always showed pride in her abilities because she was one of the best students in my class. However, one day she started talking to me so I started understanding her. She is childish, impatient but very nice and optimistic. I know that I can trust her with my secrets and she would not let a third person know about it. We have many things different but she always accepts me as I am. I guess that’s why I like her very much. She is everything a best friend should be described as and more.

1. 1. What do you expect from a good friend?
The first thing I should mention is loyalty. Well you know, a friend in need is a friend indeed. A good friend is a person who sticks with you in good times and bad. He will tell you the truth even if it's something you don't want to hear. In ad***ion, a good friend needs sympathy. He cannot read your mind but he can usually tell when you’re happy, sad, excited…. He is also patient with you when you make mistakes.
2. 2.Are friends as important to you as family?
Well, both of them are important to me but you know they say that you can choose your friends but you cannot choose your family. Friends might come and go in your life but family will always there for you no matter what. I know sometimes there are things you can share with your friends that you’re certain your family doesn’t want to hear or you just don’t want to tell them. However, friendship can end and family is forever. Lucky me, I have some close friends became my family.
3. 3.Do you think friendships change as we get older? How?
In my point of view, just because we are getting older doesn’t mean that friendships will change if you have true friendships. To make friends isn’t difficult but to maintain friendship is very difficult. I know when you get older, get a good job then get married and have children, you have a lot of things to care and that takes a lot of your time so you may not see your friends much but if you get into trouble, you can always call your friends. So I believe in true friendships.
