DURHAM UNIVERSITY, CHEVENING/DURHAM MA SCHOLARSHIPS


Durham University is pleased to announce Masters scholarships, in
partnership with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, for students to come
and study in the UK.

Applications for the Chevening/Durham Scholarships are invited but the
deadline is soon.

For further details, guidance for applicants and deadline information,

Applicants must complete the Durham application form as well as the
application form for a Chevening Scholarship.

Đại sứ quán Anh sẽ tổ chức hai hội thảo về chương trình học bổng Chevening tại Hà Nội và thành phố Hồ Chí Minh.

Hội thảo bao gồm thông tin về làm thế nào để thành công với học bổng Chevening, tiêu chí lựa chọn và lời khuyên để hoàn thành hồ sơ. Đại diện của hội sinh viên đã đạt học bổng Chevening cũng có mặt để chia sẻ kinh nghiệm.

Thời gian hội thảo là 4-5 giờ chiều ngày 4 tháng 11 tại Lãnh sự quán tại thành phố Hồ Chí Minh và 4-5 giờ chiều ngày 7 tháng 11 tại Sứ quán Anh tại Hà Nội. Để tham dự hội thảo, làm ơn đăng ký qua đường link: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1Ej1yj69RX23u0-0LeSTNMbLOoyc-2wtO6SAxKebLyLo/viewform.

Lưu ý hội thảo chỉ dành chỗ cho 30 người đăng ký đầu tiên.

The embassy will host two workshops in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City on the Chevening scheme.

The workshop will include information on what makes a Chevening scholar, the criteria for selection and advice on completing the application form. Members of the Chevening alumni network will be present.

The application deadlines for 2014/15 Chevening Scholarships are fast approaching!

This year Chevening will support more than 600 individuals from 118 countries worldwide. As you know, Chevening offers the opportunity to study one-year Master’s degrees at any of the UK’s leading universities across a wide range of fields including politics, government, business, the media, the environment, civil society, religion and academia.

Applications for Chevening Scholarships must be submitted online at www.chevening.org. Applicants can fulfil English language requirements and make applications to UK universities after applying for Chevening. They should read the new Guidance for Applicants (www.chevening.org/apply) for full details of eligibility and selection criteria, detailed information about the English language requirements and course selection, and step-by-step instructions on how *****bmit an application. Application closing dates and priority subject areas, which vary from country to country, are available on the country pages of www.chevening.org.

English language tests

You must meet Chevening's English language requirement by 23 June 2014 at the very latest. We strongly recommend that you book an English language test as early as possible as availability can be limited.

Chào các anh chị, em đang apply Chevening 2013/2014, cho em hỏi chút được ko ạ

1. Trong phần Academic Qualifications, có các mục phải điền là "Qualifications", "Institution", "Grade, Level or Class" và "Subject", các mục khác thì ok rồi, riêng 2 mục "Grade, Level or Class" và "Subject" em ko hiểu là mình phải điền gì vào 2 mục này, các anh chị giúp em với ạ.
2. Hình như trang apply online của Chevening ko có chức năng attach các loại giấy tờ, vậy thì mình ko cần phải chứng minh các loại giấy tờ cho đến khi đi phỏng vấn phải ko ạ?

Giấy tờ bạn sẽ nộp bản hard (có công chứng, dịch thuật) sau khi qua được vòng hồ sơ online

Mình thấy bảo sẽ thông báo những candidate được shortlist trước 31/1/2014 mà đến giờ vẫn chưa thấy gì nhỉ. Có ai đã nộp Chevening mà đã biết kết quả chưa.
