The youth ethics​

Surfing Internet for a while, we can easily see many serious problems of our society related to the youth, 9X generation is talented but besides, none of the previous generations could catch up with their level of aggression. A sad truth that nowadays 9X generation is well -known of their fading ethics but not their talent.
There are many reasons for the fact but some reasons are shown:
The bad education and management system at school lead to the school-violence increase at both level and seriousness. Serious murders caused by much more younger killer, most of them were students or even pupils, for ex; Le Van Luyen, Tran Duc Nghia …
The loose management from family makes a gap in youth personality that cause youth chase the enjoyable lifestyle, pursuit materialism regardless the basic fundamentals of ethics, instead of playing sport to get healthier they go to hotel with their lover to have *** or join into the bars, pubs to get high with their friends, try to make scandal so that they can become famous.
Society also has to in charge for this negative fact, the media spoil the youth in many ways, bad news, scandals scattered all around on the internet, some of the youth think it’s bad but
others might think it’s trendy and chase it blindly then make the same consequences. It’s making a vicious cycle that never ends.

Let’s discuss more with questions below
1. In your opinion which management from school, family, society has the strongest influence on youth ethics?
2. Which is the root of fading ethics in young generations? Especial ethics of youth at high school?
3. Which are the causes leading to “school violence”? Why did girls cause “school violence” more than boys did recently?

Travelling - Backpacking Spirit​

The ubiquity of backpacking travel makes it easy for everyone. In the past, the term refers to those who are keen on travelling far and alone but nowadays the organization includes not only backpacking enthusiasts, but also normal people. The number of trips rises dramatically in terms of backpacking travel.

Backpacking is somehow considered travelling by motorbike on a very long and tough route to remote areas. Is that so?
Do you interested in backpacking, how can you define it, and what are the differences between backpacking and conventional travel, that is attending a tour?
What have you learnt from backpacking travel?

Facts:
A boy was lost in Fansipan mount because of separating himself from his team.
Lots people died on the way of travel because of traffic crashes.
Backpackers have threw trash everywhere, destroyed farms, stepped into plants, broke trees, plucked flowers... that is popular in forums and Internet news today.

What are the reasons of the fading morality and disorder in the backpacking community?
Some trips are planned very harsh and unsuitable for members. Should the requirements of backpacking events be checked thoroughly before registration? And what are the requirements?

Another sad fact, most of backpack travellers are young people and most of them don’t really take serious care of themselves, they usually go without careful plan and preparation, that leads to dangerous and reckless approaches.
We are free and the world is for exploring. But travelling safe, remember backpackers.

New Year’s Resolution

A New Year’s resolution is a promise that you make to yourself at the first day of a year, to do something good, try something new, and stop doing something bad.
As a new year nearly comes, it is high time for people to review what they have done in the year and make resolutions for the coming days.

How’s about this year? In your opinion, what you have done is bad and what is good? Have you achieved something? Is there anything that you regret?

Can you imagine what will happen with our life without mass media? How does it affect to you? We live in a society that heavily depends on information and communication to keep moving in the right direction and do our daily activities. That’s why, mass media, including Internet, television, radio, newspaper, and others, are playing a vital role in our lives. It’s undeniable that mass media have not only positively effects to almost fields in society such as economic, education, entertainment, health-care and others but it also have great influence on people’s thinking. Nowhere can people update news, information or advertise their products easily than in the coverage of multimedia.
However, there is existence of many harmful effects of mass media that people are facing. Wrong news in newspaper which affects in shaping people’s ideas is a stark example. Or so addicted to internet are people that they can’t concentrate on their tasks and their health declined and other disadvantages of multimedia.

1. What are the advantages and disadvantages of mass media?
2. How does mass media affect to people’s thinking? Let’s analyze pros and cons of it and why? Is your thinking changed by information on mass media? And to what extent?

VIDEO GAMES

Video games (or computer games) are popular among not only adolescents but also adults. People play video games from school to university, from home to work. Today, with the development of Information technology and Mobile technology, playing game becomes easier than ever.
In the past, video games have the purposes of releasing stress, killing free time. The modern games, still remain their primitive orientation, also aim to education. Many games teach players to cook a meal, sing a song or learn a language... Besides, studies say children who have played strategy games tend to have more concentration than ordinary ones, in ad***ion, good games also help people to improve sense of competence.
On another hand, they are dangerous or harmful for cognitive development of the young, said a lot of parents whose children have been playing games. That is probably true. Negative influences on video game player are numerous, for example neglect of studying, absence from class, disobedience to parents, money pocket-picking for playing games... Excessive playing also leads to adverse impact on people's health, as high number of player is hospitalized annually because of long time playing game.
Violent games, as cruel scenes may affect people's mindset especially the young, or they are just games for entertaining because people can do what they cannot do in the real life? For now, the issue has raised a lot of argumentative debates all over the globe.

THE READING CULTURE​

Abstract

Reading is a basic life skill that every person must have. The fact that Vietnam is one of the country whose people read fewest books a year, say researchers. In comparison, the Jewish counterparts are the one who read largest number of books over the world, 80 books a year on average.
New bookstore means less hospitals and prisons. Reading books, people becomeknowledgeable and wise, that makes the society in order because actually there will be fewer physical conflicts between two educated people or group of people. Reading book, needless to say, also provides helpful information and other benefits,for example, adventure books show us the majestic world out there, where we don’t have chance to set foot on it.
How can we do to improve reading culture all over Vietnam? The first and foremostaction is libraries and organizations have to play a part in promoting reading culture for the society. There are few and small reader’s communities across the nation so that people are hardly share ideas or make any recommendations about book, that is bad for other readers to find good ones for themselves. Of course, reading culture can not be accomplished easily, it has to be developed gradually from time to time, but at least, actions have to be taken in order to achieve brighter result in the future.

for the first reason, I am sorry but I think you made a mistake about the cause of violence, this would be showed by a very famous example in the world, I think everyone heard about the song: I don't like mondays, if not, you should listen to it one time, the source of violence just start with the reason, a ridiculous reason, that She doesn't like mondays.

....and please be noted that: when you surf on the internet, you are impossible to find "serious problems" you could only find the information about that.....and the fade-ethic: is replaced by hypocrisy

Reading is always considered as a hobby, I never heard about is one of personal skill, we talk about personal skill like: competent, ambitious, calm, accurate, adaptable, etc....
IS that really reading books make the society in order??? do you read the history?? Germany as so much in order, but Hitle didn't allow anyone read a book............
and further more, we are now a day, not only reading books, also we read the EBOOKS....
and I think there are differences between adventure books and travel books, I don't know what you mentioned with"adventure books".....
