tôi cũng nhận đc email sáng nay , họ bảo đi làm visa gấp hạn chót 5/6 . Nhưng mà hôm nay chạy lên cái lãnh sự quán Ý tại HCM, thì đc biết chỉ làm việc thứ 3,4 từ 8-12g . Chuối ko thể tả , gọi điện ko ai bắt máy .
Thứ 3 tuần sau ngày 5 vậy phải làm gì ???

Bạn tớ đi hỏi thì nghe bảo là Lãnh sự quán tại HCM không cấp vía, phải ra Hà Nội xin cơ, mà trước khi dịch phải có dấu công chứng M5 gì nữa. Ở trong đây ko bit phải làm sao luôn . Thôi đành chờ KQ học bổng thôi, nếu được thì chạy ra đó làm. HIc, cả nhà năm trước có ai ở HCM không ạ ? Tư vấn giup bọn em với.

Dear student,
Referring to your enrolment at Politecnico di Milano, the Italian Embassy in Hanoi will provide the sending of your documents.
You will find attached the list of the documents required that you have to send to the Embassy within the 4 of June.
Required documents:
ã Application form
ã A diploma (equivalent to a Bachelor degree) in original or a certified copy, which will be later returned to the applicant or a post-secondary qualification awarded by a Higher Institute (that is not a University) that allows the student to undertake university studies at the successive level. This second alternative is valid only in cases where the secondary school qualification has been obtained following a period of at least 12 years of education.
>> If such documentation is not available because the student has not yet finished university but will finish by the end of August, a certified letter from the head of the candidateõ?Ts department stating that the student will be graduating by the end of August may be presented as a TEMPORARY substitution for the Diploma.
>> Students that are currently enrolled in 5-year degree programmes following a period of at least 12 years of education and have obtained the equivalent of 180 ECTS cre***s may be considered for admission to Master of Science programmes at the discretion of the Politecnico di Milano University.
ã A certified academic transcript issued directly by the university, legalized by the Italian Diplomatic Representation and confirming the examinations passed. This document must be provided even if not specifically requested by the Italian Diplomatic Representation, as it is essential to register at University.
ã The detailed study programmes and the number of hours (in English) for each course/training activity in the academic curriculum. For the Politecnico di Milano University, it is sufficient to have this document in the form described in the 1st stage above.
ã Any certificate attesting to the knowledge of the Italian language (this document is not compulsory for those students wishing to pursue the Laurea Specialistica/Magistrale (Master of Science in English).
ã The "Declaration of value" (Dichiarazione di valore) related to the Bachelor Degree or equivalent, which is issued by the Italian Embassy or Consulate and directly sent to the University.
ã Two photographs , one of which must be certified
ã Photocopy of Passport or ID
Regarding your degree it must be legalized (with stamp M5) at the Consulate Office at MOFA in Hanoi. Then it must be translated by an official translator. After that you have to present it to the Italian Embassy with the attached Application written in Vietnamese.
Students who live outside Hanoi must delegate someone for the legalization of their degree at MOFA and must require the Declaration of Value at the Embassy. Herewith you can find the list of students who live outside Hanoi.
You also have to certify one photo and the signature on the application or at the Embassy in Hanoi or at the Consulate in Ho Chi Minh.
