Cty mình cần tìm nhà thiết kế mạch điện tử chuyên nghiệp. Các tổ chức-Công Ty nào quan tâm xin cho biết thông tin; chúng tôi sẽ liên lạc trực tiếp để thảo luận thêm. Ưu tiên các công ty ở Việt Nam / China / khu vực Đông Nam Á. Bạn nào biết thông tin về các Cty thiết kế điện tử thì xin vui lòng giới thiệu cho mình. Cám ơn.
Sau đây là các yêu cầu cơ bản của thiết kế:
Thiết kế Mạch nguồn xung DC có kết hợp tín hiệu truyền hình cáp CATV. Thiết kế vật lý/điện phải có độ ổn định cao, đáp ứng các điều kiện nhiệt độ, độ ẩm khắc nghiệt, đảm bảo an tòan cho hệ thống ngay cả khi có sự cố nguồn, có khả năng thông minh tự khắc phục sự cố-fault tolerant? (xem chi tiết ở phần Tiếng Anh bên dưới)

The introduction of switch mode regulation technology replacing the less efficient linear mode regulation in the power supply offers greatly increased efficiency and power density but also introduces a potential RF (Radio Frequency) noise component to the operating environment which must be addressed in the design. While noise components are typically well attenuated at the CATV frequencies the possibility of other, lower frequency, services coexisting on the cable should be addressed.
The environment in which the power supply must operate imposes special design requirements, both electrical and physical, that approach that of military hardware for operating temperature and humi***y effects. The design must not only be highly reliable (to keep repair service cost to a minimum and customer satisfaction high) but it must be fault tolerant as well and protect up-stream systems in case of supply failure. All at an acceptable cost.
The following specification/requirements are a ?oStraw man? attempt at developing a working design requirement to meet the customer?Ts needs. As the design load requirements were not offered in the documentation packet, we are assuming that the specifications of the current power supply accurately reflect the actual requirements of the Drop Amplifier and system.
1. Input Voltage Source: CATV Network cable composite signal of low frequency power high frequency data/TV
2. Input Voltage Range: 60 Vac to 90 Vac
3. Input Voltage Frequency Range: 47 Hz to 63 Hz
4. Input Impedance: Power Supply must offer a high impedance to the data/TV while offering low impedance to power frequency
5. Output Voltage: +15 Vdc +/- 5% (+/-0.75 Vdc)
6. Output Current Capacity: 1.0 A
7. Output Voltage Regulation: +/- 1% (+/- 0.15 Vdc - combination of line and load variation, 10% minimum load)
8. Output Over current: The supply shall be withstand momentary current overload up to 1.25 A and be continuously self protecting. Over 1.25 A the supply shall shutdown briefly then restart.
9. Ripple and Noise: 50 mVpk-pk (frequency of noise must not interfere with signal)
10. EMC: Must meet appropriate FCC and other regulatory agencies radiated interference specification
11. Insulation Resistance: The input shall measure a minimum of 100 Mohms resistance at 500Vdc to any grounded point
12. Isolation Resistance (HiPot): With 1240 Vac applied for 1 minute or 1500 Vac applied for 1 second between the input and output power connections the circuit shall not breakdown or draw current in the excess of 1 ma.
13. Life Test: The supply shall be subjected to a temperature of 50C for 3 hours while operating at full load. The supply shall then immediately be tested and meet the requirements of items 10 and 11 and 12 above
14. Humi***y Test: The supply shall be subjected (non operating) to a temperature of 30C +/- 2C whit a relative humi***y of between 90% and 95% for a period of 48 hours. After being removed from the test chamber for 10 minutes the supply shall be the requirements of Insulation resistance (item 10 ) at a reduce minimum value of 10 Mohm. and all requirements of Isolation resistance.
15. Operating Temperature Range: The supply shall meet all of the requirements over the temperature range of -40C to 60C.
16. Power Supply Failure: The power supply shall disconnect itself from the input power source in the event of continuous overload. The may be by means of self resetting fuse or circuit breaker.
17. Service Features: The supply shall have input and output ?oPower Good? indicators visible to the service technician without disassembly.
18. Mechanical: The supply shall meet the form factor requirements (not specified at this time) of the customer and be of a rugged design such that it will meet all requirements after being subjected to a 3 foot drop on any face (other than connector face) to a hard surface.

về yêu cầu của bạn chỗ mình hoàn toàn có thể đáp ứng được.
Các yêu cầu về thiết kế, chế tạo mẫu và thậm chí là phát triển sản xuất và gia công sản xuất hàng loạt sản phẩm điện tử từ loại đơn giản đến cấp cao (dây truyền CKD, SKD hay SMT). Cụ thể là: các mạch nguồn swtiching (SMPS), nguồn Adaptor cho các sản phẩm điện tử dân dụng, các mạch tương tự / mạch số từ đơn giản đến phức tạp: layout mạch in 1 lớp, 2 lớp hay 4 lớp đều có thể thực hiện được... Ngoài ra có thể phát triển cả firmware ở cấp độ tương ứng cho sản phẩm đó. Mọi sản phẩm tạo ra đều đạt quy chuẩn thương mại và sẵn sàng cho sản xuất thương mại...
Các sản phẩm cụ thể đã thương mại là: Tivi mầu phẳng (sản phẩm điển hình của công nghệ thiết kế kỹ thuật analog và mạch công suất), Đầu thu kỹ thuật số Set-Top Box (sản phẩm điển hình cho công nghệ và kỹ thuật digital công nghệ cao)...
