Firstly, on behalf of SEC moderators, I would like to say thank you for all of your opinions, ideas here. Especially, I would like to send my special thanks for Cara77 for her enthusiasm and "braveness"
We so much appreciate your presents, postings because they tell us that SEC is cared by many members and SEC is loved by many members. That''s great !
However the main purpose of the author ( Cara77) to open this discussion could not be hit for some unexpected reasons.
- The words that Cara77 used were somewhat trenchant, so they were not easily perceived. In other words, they might hurt someonê?Ts feelings.
- Some postings, opinions of members were deleted. They should be appreciated. We are sorry about these mistakes.
- Some members used bad, impolite words to express emotions and thinking. Please be noted that you are not allowed to use bad words, impolite words in SEC, and in TTVNOL in general (we will lock your nicks if we see it happens).
Regarding the idea of changing SEC moderators, I myself think that it might help or it might be meaningless. Moderators are not the only one factor to make SEC successful. SEC?Ts improvements and success depend on all members. Being a normal member, you can absolutely contribute to SEC?Ts development. For example, King or Ky Anh, they are just normal members but what they have done for SEC are tremendous and uncountable.
However, I also know that some current SEC moderators do not spend much time on their tasks and SEC members do not accept that. You want to have new leaders and new best strategies for SEC to make the club more exciting, useful and meaningful.
So I will open a new poll for SEC moderator?Ts voting. All SEC members can vote for the ones you think that they can contribute the most for SEC.
I will close this aggressive discussion within 24 hours and open a new one for you to vote for SEC moderators and present all of your contributing opinions, ideas.
I also want to note that I did invite FJX, Coldbutcool to play SEC moderator?Ts roles as I believe that they have strong commitments to SEC, influence capability, and great enthusiasm (which I still so far think so). In ad***ion, at that time, I was afraid of creating a poll to collect peoplê?Ts opinions and receive none of peoplê?Ts responses. SEC is a little quiet at that time. But now, I think it might be a good thing to collect members?T opinions for moderator positions. Let wait and see who deserve the most for the positions.
I want to thank you again for your opinions and now why don?Tt we concentrate on contributing to our SEC development? It?Ts our loving home to share ideas, learn from each other and make friends.

Now that you''re here to finally pay a little attention to what''s been going on for the last few days, are you sure you really wanna solve the ongoing problem AND truly develop your beloved SEC even though you decided loooooong ago to just leave it as it was????? If you are, then many people who never gave a darn and I will tell you why things happened the way they did.
To the majority of the members of this box, you''re still important to them. But personally to me, your post above, however long and thoughtful, showed that you really need to work a little harder on your leadership if you still want people to look to you as a true leader NOT an old-timer. It''s obvious you founded SEC and invested a very important part of your life totally dedicated to developing it but frankly you failed in developing followers and supporters. As a result, whatever would happen, happened! The truth hurts but it works. Face it and learn from it. Best of luck and think about what i said to you today !
to cbc: yeah, I WANTED to contribute but your "pretty" co-worker shut me up and spit on my face without even bothering to admit it and make an apology. why in the world should i give a darn to waste my time? If you wanna know what happened and how it happened, then ask her. Ask how she changed/had somebody changed my password and when she saw me use this nick, she deleted my thoughtful post.
to my fellow members: Now that dimi is here, come and tell her what you think. I look forward to Cara coming back as well as many other people who support her ideas for a better SEC

Bây h mới nhảy vào SEC và thấy dc topic này ?

Thực sự khả năng english của mình có hạn nên không viết dc bài viết nào chất lượng,Thời gian online torng ttvn nhiều lúc không nhiều (vì server ttvnol hay bị down) nên việc set title, welcome thành viên mơi , online meeting lại càng không đảm nhiệm dc.
Mình xin reassign quyền mod của mình để những thành viên năng động như kyanhpham ,cbc thay quyền mod (mrs Di giúp mình reassign nhe'').

Trời,anh nonick trốn tránh trách nhiệm nha ,em phản đối.

Thực ra mình cũng không muốn làm mod từ lâu rùi, bây h có dc cơ hội thì nên rút lui nhường lại cho các bạn nhiệt tình năng động.
Hi vọng những mem nhiệt tình như taolao còn gắn bó và giúp đỡ SEC ngày càng fát triển nha .
