Help me, I have some "?" about the ability of improving the speaking English skills!!!

I've graduated Hanoi university of Law for 6 months, and now I'm out of work. You know, It's very important for me that I must use E fluently. So I've tried to train myself at home, without a teacher.
How will I do to improve my speaking skills in the current circumstance?
Could you talk with me on Internet to give me a hand to "sweep" my problem?

ok, you can practise yourself by reading books louder. Otherwise, you can join English club to discuss about some problems. We will have English club next weeks, the topic is : Western and Estern. Hope you'll be there...

To vulethutrang: You should make friend with foreigners to improve your speaking skills in English. Furthermore you can learn speaking in English by English Study 4.0 program.

A secret : if you want to practise speaking , practice listening first . With a good speaking skill and bad listening , how can you communicate with the others ?. Futhermore, when you practising listening, remember to pause the tape, and read loudly what the speaker in the tape speak, pay attention to the pronunciation of native speakers. You'll get it.
P/s : Do you need Pickou and Fini fly to Hai Duong and practise English with you ? I'm sure they 're willing to.
Remember Pickou's title is " like to help the others."

ya! you're right!! Di....It's really important to practice listening first, so Trang, you could try to listen all kind of tapes such as English study, funny stories or whatever in English ....even sometimes, you don't have to get the meaning of it, just play it whenever you can.....ya, it sounds funny huh../?? but try it, cause it's really work on me.......you mightn't get it now, but when you practice in speaking, you will find it really help in your listening skill and also your pronounciation... ..good luck....

Hi vulethutrang,
You didn't mention whether or not you need help in articulation, so I will assume that is the area you need most since your grammar is very good, as evidence in your writing.
To speak English correctly, you must practice by reading outloud in front of a mirror, to see how your mouth moves, you have to move your mouth differently than when you speak our own language. Buy yourself some tapes/CD, make sure it is on the same register with what you want to learn, for example, buy tapes/CD that have words related to your field.
Listen, repeat, listen, repeat, listen, repeat,,,,,,,, practice make perfect. If you have someone from an English speaking country to practice with, it would even be better. A real person can help correct your pronounciation on the spot.
Be sure to record all your practices, so you can hear yourself improving.
