    Visitor Infomation
    1. When to visit ?
    Open daily 9 am - 5 pm except Mondays. Open all public holidays.
    2. How to get there ?
    * By Train
    OPTION 1: Trains leave from Central Railway Station (Sydney Terminal) for Wollongong Station frequently. Then from Wollongong station catch a bus (Number 34) to Nan Tien Temple (Nolan Street), which will drop you at the back gate of the temple.
    OPTION 2: Take a train from Central Railway Station (Sydney Terminal) to Unanderra Station (closest station to the temple which is two stops after Wollongong station). This service is the Country Link train. Nan Tien Temple is approximately 20 minutes walk from the station. You need to walk down the left hand side stairs (which is the industrial area, opposite to the main road & shops). Walk straight ahead to the end of the road; keep to the right side until you see the temple''s main gates. This option is NOT suitable for the aged, disabled, parents with strollers or those with heavy luggages.
    * By Bus
    Buses leave from Wollongong Railway Station, Port Kembla Railway Station and North Beach Wolllongong approximately EVERY HOUR during weekdays with JOHN J.HILL Bus Company (Phone number is 02-42294911).
    Departing the temple: the bus leaves from the Southern Entrance (temple''s back gate) at Nolan Street. Route numbers = 69. Rutty''s Route numbers = 34, 43 leave from Marine Drive and Crown Gateway at Wollongong. Phone number is 02-42711322. OR pick-up Rutty''s bus at Picadilly on Crown St. at the above stations.
    All buses take approximately 40 minutes from Wollongong to Nan Tien Temple.
    * By Car
    From Sydney: Travel South on the Southern Freeway (F6) towards the Illawarra. Do not take Wollongong exit. keep driving south past Wollongong about 8 kilometres; there is an exit Five Islands Road. Take this exit turning left onto Five Islands Road. Turn first right at the roundabout at Glastonbury Avenue. Continue along this road as it turns into Berkeley Road until you find another roundabout and temple''s main gate is on the right side.
    3. What else do you need to know?
    The following items/conducts are prohibited in the temple:
    * any alcohol, meat, seafood, illegal drugs, smoking and picnicing;

    Đến Nam Tien temple thì đi xe dễ hơn, còn không đi tàu đến Gong rồi gọi taxi, nếu 4 người đi share cũng không mắc hơn public transport lắm
