My special piece of clothing is the white Ao dai I wore when I studied in Thang Long high school. The Ao dai is the tra***ional Vietnamese dress and it may be very sophisticated. However, my Ao dai is very plain. It made of Thai Tuan silk, a famous textile brand in Vietnam, with printed white beautiful flower patterns. The style of this Ao dai is tra***ional. It has a two-piece garment, full-length dress worn over loose silk trousers reaching all the way to the ground. The neck scooped lower. This is a bit variation to make it more modern and I feel more comfortable when I wear. Although, I need only wear it on Monday weekly, I still feel proud of it because with Vietnamese people, Ao dai has always been synonymous with grace and beauty. Especially, with schoolgirls, the white Ao dai is very pure and symbolize our purity. Now, each time I have seen it again, I always feel to be moved and remember the past, very happy and disinterested.
