I particularly like my party dress that my mother gave me for my eighteenth birthday.
It?Ts a long, sleeveless and plain pink dress . Putting on this close-fitting dress, I looks lovely and charming. The dress, however, is valuable not just because it?Ts beautiful and expensive. Being bought by a special person-my mother- and given to me as a gift on a special day- my eighteenth birthday- makes the dress become really special . As I have become an adult since that birthday, it marked a turning point in my life. Each time I wear the dress, I feel both mature as an adult and happy owing to having my mother?Ts great love.
The attractiveness and the sentimental value of that birthday present makes me greatly prefer it.

The Ao dai is the tra***ional dress of Vietnamese women. It is special not only to me but aslo to all Vietnamese. Ao dai consists of two parts separately: the long tunic that is split on the sides and loose pants. In prior time, it primarily made of silk, however, nowadays it made of various material such as: lace, valvet, silk ........
In high school, it is the first time, I had worn white ao dai as a uniform and I am very interested in it. Then, I owned an other dress which is orange and a beautiful design. It is very important to me because it made by my grandmother and she gave me this Ao dai for a special day ?" my eighteenth birthday. Some day before, when I presented my thesis, I also wore it and I had a good result, so I think it is my lucky dress.
Wearing tra***ional dress, I feel gentler, more confident and more beautiful. Now, fashion designs change some thing of the tra***ional Ao dai by adding these patterns such as : suns, stars, crosses and stripes....., so it look modern and very fashionable. Hence, Vietnamese women can continue to wear the unique dress which is now both tra***ional and fashionable.

Perhaps, the suite that I wore in my wedding day is the most special piece of clothing to me. I used the amount of money that I saved during several months to buy that suite. Before our wedding, my wife and I went to a suite-specialized store on Ton Duc Thang Street. After listening owner storê?Ts consultancy, we didn?Tt spent a lot of time finding a pleased suite. I chose a black suite made by western style along with a brown tie. I really felt comfortable and self-confident with my suite in the wedding day. It is the memorable thing to me, and I always keep it neat and smooth.

Vietnamese are always proud of õ?oAo daiõ?, our tra***ional clothes for young ladies and women. Like all of us, I love and admire our wonderful õ?oAo daiõ? with my fairly heart.
Ao dai is known as symbol for Vietnamese girls and women, with 2 parts (long dress and trousers). Time by time, Ao dai is changed in many forms, many kinds (colors, skillsõ?Ư). In one hand, Ao dai makes women more beautiful and charming, in the other hand, Ao dai is our culture since a long time ago and in the future.
The first time I had Ao dai, I can remember clearly that when I was 16 years old, took it as uniform at my high school. How grad was I and how beautiful was I!!!
Every time, I usually think that I am a nice young lady, proud of our tra***ional clothes õ?oAo Daiõ? and of course I am proud of as Vietnamese. With Ao dai I can show my international friends, share them photos and talk all time about our Ao Dai, our culture. Certainly, they will discover Vietnam through Ao dai, through my stories.

I always prefer to wear my T-shirt that is a present of my darling. She gives me on my 25th birthdays. Its color is very nice; it has two main colors. The collar is blue and had been embroidered â?oI love youâ? that looks very nice. Whole, it has big stripes; therefore I am so strong, character when I wear it. Now, my girl friend is studying in USA, so it is one of the most importance things that help me to decrease nostalgia for her.
I remembered the day my girl friend has gone to USA. I had chosen this T-shirt for seeing my darling to the airport. It suddenly had been rain heavy. I got all my clothes wet therefore I could not hug her on the leave-talking moment.

"Ao dai" is not only a kind of clothing but also a special memory with me. "Ao dai" is the Vietnamese dress of Vietnamese. I remember strongly my graduation ceremony when I wore my "Ao dai" with its white, "Ha Dong" silk and battern printed on the cloth. It makes me charming, self-confidence so I still remember the wonderful feeling that everyone looked at me when I wore it. I hope I will have many opportunities to wear " Ao dai" in future.

One day, I lost it after finishing a football match, I was so scared. Foturnately, a friend had seen it in the field and brought it to me. After that, I''m always careful when doing any work, that''s the greatest lesson the trousers gives me.
