We all have our dream destinations, the places we that are must be visited in our life. I think our country has numerous wonderful places, worth of visiting and Ancient capital of Hue is one of the place like that. I have remembered clearly about Hue, the place that attracts me very much. The first time I have visited Hue was since 2000 when I was a schoolgirl. Although the city had undergone great sufferings in the period of modern time, it still maintains a quite original face of an ancient oriental town. This is the complex of Royal constructions and tra***ional monuments built in romantic natural landscapes. On the Northern bank of Huong River has relics consisting of palaces, which were constructed as arc defensive ramparts with 11km length. Situated in the middle of hills on the Southern bank of Huong River are very beautiful tombs of Nguyen Kings. This is majestic Gia Long tomb, imposing Minh Mang tomb, poetic Tu Duc tomb and magnificent Khai Dinh tomb. Hue is really a tranquil, romantic and charming city with Huong River, Ngu Binh Mountain. Such a great place to be and I really got a beautiful time there.

Internet and TV, as the mainstream of media, play a very important role in information transformation. They present a colorful and vivid world in front of us. Some people assert that Internet and TV would take the place of books in a couple of years. Books will not retreat from our life.
Admittedly, Internet and TV bring about many conveniences to us. Firstly, Internet and TV can transform information instantly. They can tell us what happened in the world right away with very impressive dynamic pictures. During the 17th World Cup, many people watched the games on TV or Internet live. Internet and TV can also tell us the latest development of science and technology and the fashion trend nowadays, which can keep us abreast with the world. Secondly, Internet and TV also play an important educational role. For instance, people can study history, culture, language, and cooking skills from some educational programs on TV or Internet. Lastly, people can get entertainment from Internet and TV, which are abundant in interesting and exciting electronic games and adventures.
However, we should not neglect the importance of books which are very convenient to carry and easy to get. Books are available everywhere, such as in the library, in the book stores, in your pocket or beside your pillow. After a dayâ?Ts work, we can lay on bed relaxing by reading some novels or newspapers. You can read a very interesting story on a train or on plane. TV and internet would not be that convenient and further, they could cause tiredness sometimes if you sit in front of TV and computer for a long time.
In conclusion, books are one of the main sources of information and they are very convenient for people to read. Books will not disappear from our life in the future, though TV and Internet have so profound influence in our life.

DAMAGE TO THE ENVIRONMENT IS AN INEVITABLE CONSEQUENCE OF WORLDWIDE IMPROVEMENTS IN THE STANDARD OF LIVING. TO WHAT EXTENT DO YOU AGREE OR DISAGREE?
The improvement of peoplê?Ts living standard owes too much to the rapid development of science and technology. However, people nowadays are confronted with so many problems, such as the deterioration of environment, air pollution and the explosive expansion of population. Some people claim that the damage to the environment is an inevitable consequence of economic development. From my point of view, this is only an excuse for the ignorance of environmental protection.
In order to make more profit, some manufacturers and factories are only keen on the pursuit of profits, caring nothing about the protection of environment and the recycling of waste water. For example, about fifty percent of people in Shenzen possess a private car, and the ownership is increasing by 7000 each month. The exhaust gas and irritating noise impair peoplê?Ts health greatly. The prosperity of economy is obtained at the cost of peoplê?Ts health and the damage to environment.
The lack of awareness of environmental protection is another factor causing damage to environment. Some near ?" sighted local governments are only concerned about economic development but pay little attention to environmental protection, misunderstanding that economic development says for their achievements and that environmental protection only wastes money.
If people and the authorities concerned have a long ?" term developing perspective, I think the damage to environment is avoidable. Along with the development of technology and peoplê?Ts living standard, the government should take effective measures to handle the problems arising. Meanwhile, the manufacturers and factories should consider not only economic profit but also social benefit. If the government and people can join hands in solving environmental problem, we will enjoy an azure sky and flower fragrance in the near future.

SOME PEOPLE REGARD ANIMALS AS THE SOURCE OF FOOD OR CLOTHES. OTHERS THINK THAT THEY SHOULD BE TREATED LIKE PETS. DISCUSS.
If you are no a vegetarian and claim that you are an animal lover, no one will accuse you of hypocrisy because it is easy to forget that a steak at the supermarket once formed part of a livestock. This neednâ?Tt make you too uncomfortable because you are in good company. You feel even innocent enough to despise those who wear leather clothing or are enthusiasts for the hunt. The conscience of use is appeased while we contribute a litter bit of food to animals in zoo or donate one back to the Animals Conservation Association.
But what do you think of animals indeed? Some people only regard animals as the source of food or clothes. Some people who cling to humanâ?Ts supremacy regard animals as low â?" grade creatures in the earth. From my point of view, it is normal and inevitable that we human beings with greater abilities kill some animals and eat them as wild animals do everywhere in the nature. They key point is that we should do it in a modern way, on a scale that we show our respect to them. Could you consider an animal as another God â?" given creature as yourself? Could you treat them as a lion do to a deer, as a bird do to a beetle? Nature goes harmoniously except the presence of humans. Only humans slaughtered other creatures as well as fellow creature in their millions. We could have behaved better if there is a word â?orespectâ? in our dictionary.
Those who have pets argue that they treat their pets as their family members. However, do you like to be a pet of another creature? Do you like to walk with a leash around your neck in a street? If you love animals in your heart, just give their liberties! Let them go where they used to live instead of your magnificent house!
After all, every creature has equally only one chance to live in the world.
