Nhân ngày 20.10, chúc chị lun zui ze, khoẻ mạnh để còn chăm sóc e bé; chúc chị luôn xinh tươi và hạnh phúc( điều quan trọng thế này mà suýt quên).

Mình post bài Writing cho lớp IELTS 31:
The table compares the opinions of male and female club members about the services provided by a city sports club.
We can see from the responses that the male members are generally happy or satisfied with the range of activities at the club, with only 5% dissatisfied. In contrast, however, only about the activity range and almost a third were dissatisfied.
The genders were more in agreement about the club facilities. Only 14% of women and 10% of men were unhappy with these, and the majority (64 and 63% respectively) were very positive.
Finally, the female respondents were much happier with the club opening hours than their male counterparts. Almost three quarters of them were very satisfied with these and only 3% were unhappy, whereas nearly 40% of the men expressed their dissatisfaction.
Overall, the table indicates that female members are most unhappy with the range of activities, while male members feel that opening hours are the least satisfactory aspect of the club.
Modern societies need specialists in certain fields, but not in others.
Some people therefore think that governments should pay university fees for students who study subjects that are needed by society. Those who choose to study less relevant subjects should not receive government funding.
Would the advantages of such an educational policy outweigh the disadvantages?
In every country there are fashions among students about which subjects are the best to study at university. Sometimes the popularity of a subject is determined by how much money a graduate could subsequently earn in that field. Or subjects that are perceived as relatively ?oeasy? may also become popular, in spite of later difficulties of finding appropriate employment. It is up to governments to give incentives to students to choose subjects that match the needs of their society.
Obviously one way to do this would be for the government to pay the fees of those choosing such subjects. The advantage would certainly that higher number of students would enroll and would later fill the employment gaps.
However, the disadvantages of such a policy would be considerable. For example, the students attracted by the funding may not have any real interest in or aptitude for that subject. Such students may drop out before graduation or after working only a short time in a related job. Furthermore, funding one group of students but not others would penalize those with a genuine interest and ability for another field. Such discrimination would certainly affect the whole of higher education of the country and students would develop very negative attitudes towards going to university altogether. This would be very counter- productive for an country.
In conclusion I think that there are many other incentives for students that could be considered, such as making courses more interesting to take, or the job rewards after graduation. The educational policy proposed above, however, would certainly have more long ?" term disadvantages than benefits for society.

Bà con lớp Basic E28-29-30 ơi! Mình có đề xuất nho nho? về việc học lớp Ielts 35 như sau:
theo như lịch của chị Thuỳ thì chúng ta sẽ bắt đầu khoá học vào 15/12/2009, nhưng theo mình thấy thì thời gian từ 1/12 - 15/12 chúng ta cũng free và vừa kết thúc khoá Basic skill.
Nếu chúng ta nghi? quá da?i như vậy thi? thật lafng phí thơ?i gian, vi? vậy mi?nh đê? nghị lớp Ielts 35 sef bắt đâ?u học tư? nga?y 1/12/2009?

2 tuần = 6 buổi,cũng không phải dài lắm,theo em nghĩ nên nghỉ một thời gian để refresh chút đã,khoá học sắp tới chắc chắn sẽ căng hơn khoá basic,cứ tĩnh tâm 1 chút,không việc gì phải vội.Thời gian nghỉ giữa 2 khoá ai chơi thì cứ chơi,ai rảnh thì xem qua lại bài đã học trong basic,củng cố kiến thức chuẩn bị nhồi tiếp.Chút ý kiến.
@Chị Thuỳ : Cho em hỏi phát là tên em đã có trong danh sách lớp IELTS mới chưa chị.Trc có buổi học chị yêu cầu ghi tên,tuổi, địa chỉ,email...không biết đấy có phải là đký học luôn ko.Nếu chưa,chị cho em đký 1 suất nhé
