The Vietnam Military History Museum presently focuses on boosting its scientific research, improving the quality of museum work in order to meet the ever-increasing requirements of domestic and foreign visitors,and attaches great importance to the work of collection; in preparation for the construction of the new museum which will prove worthy of being a national museum of the Vietnamese military history. The Museum has received more than 17, 000,000 visitors including more than 2,141,000 foreigners from 150 countries worldwide.
The Hồ Chí Minh Mausoleum (Vietnamese: Lăng Chủ tịch Hồ Chí Minh) is a large memorial to the Vietnamese leader in Hanoi,Vietnam. It is located in the center of Ba Ðình Square, the place where Ho read the Declaration of Independence on September 2, 1945, establishing the Democratic Republic of Vietnam.
Confucian Temple Ngoc Son is located on the island of Hoan Kiem Lake in the center of Hanoi. With the bank is linked to popular red wooden The Huc bridge (sunbeam). Ngoc Son is dedicated to General Trang Hung Daovi, which in the 13th century Mongol won over, pun***s Xuongovi Van and La Toovi, St. patron saint of doctors. The temple was built in the 18th century, reconstructed Nguyen Van Sieu in 1864. On the shore of the lake are restaurants with terraces in the French style.
The Flag Tower of Hanoi (Vietnamese: Cột cờ Hà Nội) is a tower in Hanoi, Vietnam, which is one of the symbols of the city. Its height is 33.4 m (41 m with the flag). Built in 1812, the tower, unlike many other structures in Hanoi, was not destroyed during the French administration (1896-1897), being used as a military post.
Cột cờ is composed of three tiers and a pyramid-shaped tower with a spiral staircaise leading to the top inside it. The first tier is 42.5 m wide and 3.1 m high; the second - 25 m wide and 3.7 m high and the third - 12.8 m wide and 5.1 m high. The second tier has four doors. The words "Nghênh Húc" (English: "To welcome dawn''s sunlight") are inscribed on the eastern door; the words "Hà Quang" ("To reflect light") - on the western door and "Hướng Minh" ("Directed to the sunlight") - on the southern door. The tower is lightened by 36 flower-shaped and 6 fan-shaped windows. The National Flag of Vietnam is on top of the tower.
Taxi and cyclo are the best way to travel around Hanoi. Several taxi companies operate within the city and they are all metered. Restaurants, bars and hotels are quite happy *****mmon a taxi; otherwise vehicles can be hailed on the street. Visitors are advised to check that the meter is turned on. Reliable taxi companies are Airport Taxis, Hanoi Taxi and Mai Linh Taxi . Cyclos often wait outside hotels and restaurants and a fare should be negotiated to your destination before setting off. Motorbike taxis can be found on street corners and these are a fast way of getting round the city.

If someone asks me ?oWhat is your special thing?? I will answer that is my mobile phone. I remember that I have started to use mobile phone since I was 16. My current cell phone is a black Nokia phone. I have bought it five months ago when I lost my old phone. My mobile phone is very important to me because it helps me to not only relax with games, GPRS or Wifi, but also do my work such as: typing and saving documents, checking e-mail, and arranging my schedule. In my opinion, it would be absolutely a nightmare if I lost my mobile phone. Without the mobile phone, I can?Tt stay in touch with anyone, can?Tt play any games and my life will become really boring. In conclusion, I think the mobile phone is an indispensable thing to many people, including me.

I always have keep a picture about my grandmother that is importand for me.My grandmother died when I was ten years old.She had lived with me since I was a baby.She was a part of my life and always in my memory.When dying she said ?oyou aren?Tt sad,I don?Tt die,I was only living other world.I am always beside you?T.She gave me an old picture to see her.it has some old yellow trace.To keep it,I covered around it by plastic.The long and the wide are 15cm and 30 cm.In picture she smelt as shine sun and looked kindly.Although time elapses,I have brung it beside my body.

My special treasure is a doll. When I was a child, my mother bought it for me. It is always beside me. Two years ago, when I moved to Hanoi, I brought it. It was sat on the table next to my bed. It was made of plasic. It wears a beautiful, pink dress and a pair of red boots. Its smile never turn off on face. Its hair is yellow and long. There is a black hat on its head. Although it was old but it is pretty. Whenever I hold it, I have strength to overcome difficulty again as my mother is giving me strength so. I love it. It is a invaluable gift with me.
