No2. WE ARE BECOMING INCREASINGLY DEPENDENT ON COMPUTERS. THEY ARE USED IN BUSINESSES, HOSPITALS, CRIME DETECTION AND EVEN TO FLY PLANES. WHAT THINGS WILL THEY BE USED FOR IN THE FUTURE? IS THIS DEPENDENCE ON COMPUTERS A GOOD THING OR SHOULD WE BE MORE SUSPICIOUS OF THEIR BENEFITS?
Nowadays, computer is very important and convenience for all of us. We can do anything what we like by using it. It is useful for us to solve an issue quickly. Therefore, owning a private computer is very popular. This is a necessary consequence of progress.
In the future, computer can apply to many fields, such as in human health monitoring, air traffic run and control, banking, air booking, electric trade etc. For example, computer and internet help us to set up an international trade and exchange information together without having appointment. Besides, it makes our life easier by helping us to refresh after a hard day and be a useful tool for us to tackle difficult issue which no one can do.
In contrast, a coin has two sides and it is not considered to be good totally. If you use computer so much, your eye will be affected by harm rays. For instance, some young people who spend a lot of time using the internet will be inanimate without having anything. On the other example, if the factory applied to modern technology, specially using computer, as the result, this company will decrease a number of workers and this lead to increase the rate of unemployment. In ad***ion, accurate demand of working computer is a top standard in the mass product to evaluate the quality. Because if any steps fails, this will loss the large amount of money for business activities.
All in all, computer can many benefits for us, no one react negative to it. However, different people have different ways to use it which is suitable for our target and don''''t let us depend on computer.

TO WHAT EXTENT DO YOU AGREE OR DISAGREE WITH THIS OPINION?
In the last decades, capital punishment was consider as a immoral punishment and people fighted for erasing it. However, days by days, special in this 21th century, the crimes become more and more violent and the offender are using more complicate methods to hire their evidences. Crimes such as murder or drug dearling are problems in every countries and methods to defeat them become one of prior compagne policies of each party. I myself totally agree with capital punishment and one hundred per cent believe that the society we are living in will be more dangerous if the law-makers push this deadth penalty out of the law system. Firstly, capital punishment is a symbol for a hard law system to impress offenders to fear of making a violent crime. In other words, it can be a barrier or a strong moral border to wake somebody before he/ she makes somethings wrong and dangerous to the others. Secondly, this could be a appropriate penalty for cool-blood murderer or even for terrorists, who kill a series of people without sorrow. A survey on the internet has shown that in countries, where abolish deadth penalty, the criminal rates is often higher than other countries and their citizens always feel worry because nobody protect them from social dangers for example school terrorism. Personally, I also feel afraid of going out when I know that there?Ts a lot of murderers outside and my government has no measures to keep me safe. According to me, capital punishment should be existed as other punishments. Which country can use and control this tool in practice well, this can build a social stability and get full belief from their citizens.

It is generally accepted that women all around the world has remarkably changed their positions since 1990s. People, especially ones in eastern countries, highly appreciate their contribution to the balance of society nowadays. Nevertheless, it is unconvinced that several problems such as juvenile delinquency, stem from the fact that women would prefer to work rather than stay at home.
There is a tendency to believe that male chauvinism is out-of-date. In the past, married couple preferred boys to girls, which led to the fact that womankind just took care family and could not interfere in making worthwhile decisions. By this I mean, females played an inferior role in family and society compared to males. This phenomenon, of course, has been totally different. According to US cencus in 2008, the number of women who are breadwinners increases by 5% each year. Furthermore, there are a great deal of talented females who are responsible for important posts in apparatus of government such as vice president, foreign minister,etc. Conspicuously, the changing of womenâ?Ts position is unavoidable when society is strongly developed.
However, problems like juvenile delinquency, which is crime committed by youngsters, is not a result of the change as mentioned above. Indeed, women are handling too much work. The are forced to concentrate on their careers. Meanwhile, taking care family and keeping eyes on children are indispensable. So there is little evidence *****pport the view that crimes can be committed by those, who are too busy with their life.
Ultimately, It is true that women always endeavour to obtain appreciation of the whole society. That is the reason why their position has been changed markedly. Although they are sometimes disregarded in some regions, people should change their outlook on females who play a vital part in life. Moreover, man ought to share housework with his wife simply because we are now living in a new modern world with a conception of ***ual equality.

Nowadays, there are more and more dangerous crime with many reason. They kill people for money, for argument..., they trade heroin inside or outside a country, they bomb a building or a area, kill many people and destroy many building and city for policy or rebellion... These action need serious punishment. Punishments: community service, large fine or sentencing him to prison are not deterrent for him. They must be received death penalty. In fact, in a country where capital punishment is suppress, violent crime is not reduced. They are release and let loose on the streets and break the law again and more seriously. We are lenient with violent crime, so we are threated by them. Death penalty is not only punishment but also impress people, make people fear the law. In my opinion, death penalty is not enough for people who unconsider to kill other one. They should be through into boiled oil. Nevertheless, we should also consider if they are inadiquate or have no preme***ation. So the lawmaker have to establish precisely the context in which capital punishment car be pronounced. There are many kind of crime in your country and many people can not control their behaviour. It is the reason for increasing violent crime. The death penalty is the highest punishment. It is not only chastisement but also effect desterrent. How do you think that we replace capital punishment as another punishment ? I think that we have to think about the meaning and the purpose of capital punishment. If you consider that the purpose of death penalty is chatising someone because they do not want to see the nasty again. We should cancel it. But with dangerous crime who can kill someone for little money or kill many people or trade a large heroin. They destroy life of many people. Why do they live? Furthermore, if we cancel capital punishment , many crime think that they can do anything, kill people or some thing they will sentence to death and our life is not protect. We were kill by anyone. The death penalty help reduce dangerous crime and make them fear law. We do not want kill any people and have not crime in our social . We hope that nobody convict death but we must do it because of our life.

In the modern life, there is a fact that fathers take less and less interest in bringing their babies up. However, in my view, both father and mother?Ts education is indispensable during children?Ts growing up.
I would argue that responsibility for bringing children up is both parents. By this mean, father should play with their children, encourage them share their thoughts and opinions, listen them carefully, participate in children education daily, etc, rather than only simply provide for his family and pass the buck. Frequent father?Ts present in house brings children feeling of safeness and help them grow up without complexness.
Father plays an important part in personality and *** education of children. It is generally believed that children usually learn steadfastness and overcoming difficulties spirit from their father, which are not outstanding characters?T their mother. According to the report of dantri.com, children who rarely or never contact to their daddy can meet many love and marriage obstacles and boys can become emotionally fragile. Therefore, growing up of children cannot be deprived of loving as well as counsel of father or mother.
There is a little evidence *****pport the view that men?Ts work is only earning money whereas women just stay at home, do housewifery and bring up children. It is really strenuous and unjust to women to cover whole housework as well as looking after babies without husband?Ts help while they still had social jobs like men. Men should share with his wife in teaching and taking care of children.
All in all, despite the fact that there are some impediments such as busy work, wrong conceptions, increasing divorces or separations, etc, which lose much father?Ts influence on children, parents should bring children up equally and together to give them the best education which is every parents?T desire.

Since 1990s, the role of woman in society has changed significantly when some important positions such as president or director used to be the male''s now can be seen in female. Admittedly, their contribution to society is an undeniable fact but it also lead to juvenile delinquency that their children now experience. I do believe that mothers who working so passionately that they have no time to care for their children have to be to blame for this problem.
Opponents may argue that letting woman work can help them earn extra money, which can offer their children a better education as well as more entertainment. However, this argument is flawed when it comes to the fact that many children feel lonely right in their house full of toys and games but lack of their motherâ?Ts attendance. These children try to do many ways such as playing truant, fighting at school in an attempt to catch their motherâ?Ts attention. Worse still, they can even commit a crime which no mother wants.
Others, once again emphasize that the emergence of professionally-run child care facilities and day nurseries enables married woman to have more time to work and reduces the responsibility of woman in caring children. Nevertheless, they ignore the fact that the more time woman works, the less time they can play with their children. This can cause a big gap between mother and children, and juvenile-related problems are unavoidable sooner or later.
All in all, despite the fact that modern woman has play an important role in developing society, they should balance the amount of time between working and caring their children as children can easily become juvenile delinquent if they do not have enough their motherâ?Ts attention.

Many people argue that sentence of death should not remained in the law system. They are said that it is not ethical for the criminal is being punished by death for his misdeed. However, as far as I concerned, it is necessary to keep that retribution in society for some reasons hereafter.
Firstly, when someone was killed by a offender, What do his family think if the murder is not chastised deservedly? Certainly, they need a fair verdict. Their relation is also murdered. That a bitter pill to swallow and they want the killer must to pay for his sin by his survival.
Secondly, if savageness become a essence character of the criminal, prison could not rehabilitate him. Moreover, when he re-enters society, no one could be guarantee that he does not make guilt action anymore. The consequence of crime influence not only to some individuals but also to a community. The clear illustration, drug criminal maybe destroy to prosperity of any country. In Vietnam, drug commerce and homicide are the two offences applied death penalty. Hence, to avoid damage for other victims, death penalty is suitable to apply to national law system.
The final, in term of education, punishment in general and death penalty in particular is a method to deter anybody breaking the law. Do not turn your nose up on it. Because, without the knowledge about rules and law, it is very easy for any citizen to commit a serious crime.
In summary, capital punishment is a appropriate form to penalize to anyone commiting crime. It prevents other barbarous action could be take place and it educates us become the law-abiding citizens.

The first factor which influence e***ors'' determination is that country''s cultural tra***ion. There is news that be normal in some countries, but it never accept in others. For example, adult magazines like Playboy be published in The US that don''t be censor, but it certain don''t appear in Vietnam. Besides, an other element which has the effect is political system. In democratic nations, freedom of the press be always enhanced, but in dictatorial regime, the media be censored harshly. Moreover, readers'' response also influence e***ors'' decisions, because readers can boycott them if they announce incorrect information.
Nowadays, we can search many sources of information on the internet, newspapers, television... Some of them is reliable, but there are also unreliable sources. If we have not a wide knowledge, we can be easy to believe false information. Therefore, we need to select reliable news when search information on the media.
All in all, the censorship need to censor news on the media that don''t violate freedom of the press. The readers also need expand their own knowledge to don''t become used to unreliable news.
