Have you believed that " Curses come home to roost" ? In our complex society, when crimes have now been being more serious, many people wonder whether death penalty should be inflicted or not. In my view, capital punishment is an effective way in some cases to guarantee our social security and curb the violence.
Firstly, capital punishment permanently removes the worst criminals from society and obviously proves much safer for the rest of us than long-term or permanent incarceration. Certainly, dead criminals are incapable of committing any further crimes, either within prison or after escaping or being released from it.
Moreover, the ultimate penalty helps fearing potential criminals by this I mean that people are aware of penalties for certain crimes, hence they could completely understand that what the consequences are. For instance, Singapore, which almost carries out death, sentences, there is far less heinous crime.
Admittedly, whole life imprisonment could be a suitable alternative for some types of serious criminal activities but offenders may try to escape and it is probably successful despite the strict security of a prison. In ad***ion, because they have endless time to plan an escape and everything to gain from doing so, it is actually a strong incentive. Therefore, life without parole not seems to be as appropriate as death penalty in certain crimes.
*****m up, any punishment must be fair, fitting, adequate and especially, enforceable. Doubtless, many people still consider murders to be a horrific crime, which should be met with the most severe punishment.

Ask most people the question; is murder wrong and most would say yes. Ask most people the question; is capital punishment wrong and some would say yes yet some would disagree. Is it not the same act merely under different circumstances?
At least 1,526 people were executed in 2002 in 31 countries, and approximately 3,248 people were sentenced to die in 67 countries. Crime is everywhere, in our neighborhood, in the town, in our country. Criminals have become a part of our daily lives. In the media you are bombarded with so many crimes such as burglary and murderer. I am not proposing that a person, who stole bread from a grocery store, deserves death penalty. However, a serial killer, who kills people for fun or for his personal enjoyment, should be looked at as a candidate. The death penalty should be administered for particularly heinous crimes. The death penalty when it was still in the legal system served as an effective deterrent for brutal crimes like preme***ated murder and for serial killings. Society is constantly complaining that its taxes are being used to house brutal criminals and keep them away, capital punishment is not necessarily cheaper but it saves the cost of housing. Also, capital punishment is a way for the victim family to heal.
At the same time, there are numerous opinions against the subject, which must also be taken into account. They consider that the death penalty is not a proven deterrent to future murders. Murders are committed in moments of passion and anger or by drug addicts and drunk people who act impulsively. Almost all defendants facing it cannot afford their own attorney, so the state assigns them one who is usually an inexperienced and underpaid lawyer that fails in the proper investigation of the case. As a consequence, this can lead to a poor representation of the defendant who will be much more likely to be convicted and given a death sentence.
For a crime of murder, the death penalty should be a solution. The effect it has is being a deterrent for crime. By raising the bar it helps the victim family move on and start to enjoy live. This is a way of keeping the taxation of the public and saving the cost of building new high security institutions.

Computers have been used more and more popularly in all aspects of our life. We are now so dependent on computers that no one can imagine what would happen with our world if once day they disappeared.
In the future, going along with the development of information technology, computers could be applied in some new fields, such as auto-robot controlling in science, operation or surgery in hospital, point marking in education systems, electronic commerce in the economy?Everything will be done automatically and easily with the assistance of computers.
Computers play an important role in our life but every story has its both sides. Computer and internet attract people because of many useful features of them. However, using computers so much would let you live in a virtual world, apart from the real one. This is a very serious problem, specially for children who are addicted to computer games. Besides, with spending too much time with computer, people will have less time for their families, their friends, their hobbies and their interests? Therefore, social communication sooner or later will decrease. More over, using computer excessively in factories and offices to replace for people will certainly increase the unemployment rate, which causes many social problems nowadays.
In conclusion, computers have both many advantages and disadvantages. All the things we must do are ensuring that we are still in a position where we are able to control technology in general and computer in particular. Balancing the benefits and harms of the computers is necessary but not easy at all.

Now adays, major diseases occur more and more frequently, so people face immeasurable peril and try to find the solutions to cure these diseases. Probably, diseases which are deteceted early will be treated more easily and spend less money. According to previous reason, in my opinion, government must invest more money in health education and preventive measures.
It?Ts also true that, many people think: When they are catched a disease, they will go to hospital to treat, how ever, we can see: this make their disease become more dangerous and will be cured harder. So, we need to help them to be aware of the important of this.
Admitttedly, putting money into medical con***ion will have more immediately effective than invest in health education and preventative measure. Eventhough, ?oDiverted from? will have better result in the future.
In conclusion, transfering from treatment to spending on health education and preventative measures is greatly right. May be, we can?Tt realize their effect a once but in the future, we are certainly receive many profits from them.

It is very difficult for news e***ors to decide what to broadcast on TV or on newspaper. There are two factors influencing these decisions of them. The first is the target audience they tend on. An adult man likes political news and sport news whereas a teenager is interested in something attracting such as stories, photographs about stars and fashion news.
The second factor is profit that gaining from their news. Conscientious e***ors are very rare and the system is run according to economical purposes. We can?Tt reproach them. There is a pressure on all e***ors to find and write hot and attractive news to draw and satisfy customers. Or else, in some e***orial office e***ors could be fired or get low salary if they will lose their customers.
Today, we seem to become used to more bad news than good news on TV or newspapers. We can?Tt deny that bad things occur on the earth day by day. In fact, bad news makes audience curious. The news ?oMichael Jackson is dead? is taken interested in customers than economic news. Thus, news e***ors try to gain more and more customer, which means more and more money, by bad news. Even, they distort the truth to become ?ohot news?.
I think it would be better if more good news was reported. How much bad news is, there should be the same amount of good news. Any inequalities between good news and bad news should be avoided. The balance of them brings to us comprehending the life.
In summary, bad news or good news is a part of our life. We should support them as well as the provider. And what e***ors have to do is try their best to provide us useful news, both good and bad.

All steps of the deal including booking, bargain, payment are able to be carried out without meeting each other directly. You can not imagine what the world will be if computers are no longer exist, can you?

People will create more intelligent computers which can solve almost problem in modern life. Driver will not feel tired for their automatic-driving car; computers and robots will also do all housework, and people will have more time enjoying their lives. THE POSITION OF WOMEN IN SOCIETY HAS CHANGED MARKEDLY IN THE LAST TWENTY YEARS. MANY OF THE PROBLEMS YOUNG PEOPLE NOW EXPERIENCE, SUCH AS JUVENILE DELINQUENCY, ARISE FROM THE FACT THAT MANY MARRIED WOMEN NOW WORK AND ARE NOT AT HOME TO CARE FOR THEIR CHILDREN.
TO WHAT EXTENT DO YOU AGREE OR DISAGREE?
There is no denying the fact that the role of women in the modern life is changing remarkably, especially clearly in recent twenty years. Although many people are of the opinion this fact directly causes more and more youngster?Ts crimes, I partly disagree with the conception.
According to experts, that the number of the 21st century?Ts working women is more than the 1990s by many times. Moreover, it is true to say that the women usually apply a job after leaving school. It is easy to understand that because nowadays the women stand from more economic pressures than twenty years ago. On the other hand, they would like to do something to make relationships, communicates, etc. Moreover, it makes them become dynamic people.
However, I do not believe that growth in the number of working women is the main reason for the increasing the rate of committing crime of youngster. In fact, although most women are busy when they go to work, they still can manage to spend enough time to take care of their children. For instant, they can pick their kids up after time school or spend time training them or talking with them. Even the mothers have better con***ion to attend on their kids because of earning extra money to buy the best things or chose the qualitative school for them.
Alternatively, children?Ts behavior could be affected by many other factors such as education, friends and lifestyle which are somehow negative. For example: violent video games and movies which can make the children become more aggressive.
In the final analysis, I strongly believe they can do both tasks which are the working and the taking care of their children. It is an important thing to balance those well by dividing appropriately the time. Thus, we can not assert that there is a clear connection between an increase in the number of working women and a rise in the figure of youngster offenders in this period.

In my opinion, I do think that prevention is always better than cure. Regarding to a health budget of the country, a larger amount of money which is reserved for treatment should be used for health education and preventative measures.
Health is the most precious asset of each person, but not all of us know how to maintain our strength in a proper way, especially in this modern life, where people are always busy as well as fast-food is step by step replacing home-made food. Therefore, that would be great if people are taught to keep themselves healthy, to protect themselves from disease. From my point of view, if everybody aware of many serious diseases they can get from bad living habits, they will more or less get rid of those habits spontaneously. As the result, the number of patients will reduce accordingly, the hospitals will not be overloaded, and the amount spent on treatment will not be as much as it is currently. Besides, increasing number of incurable illnesses appear in recent years such as Ebola, influenza, HIV/AIDS, diabetes, cancer, asthma, etc, so preventative measures are very necessary to be popularized. The sooner disease we know about the better result we can get from dealing with it.
In conclusion, I must say never than before the government should consider more about the health budget. Investing more money in educating people about their health and how to live strongly than in curing is the best way for us to avoid saying ?otoo late? when diseases come. In another word, this is a good way to deal with the root of the problem rather than treating the top.

As we see, in the last twenty years the position of women in society has changed decidedly but I do not think that this is a main cause of the incontestable increase in juvenile delinquency from the fact that many married women now work and rather than at home to care for their children.
The fact, young women should find a stable job when their leaving school. This time, they can live independently by their income, not dependent on family. They can earn many money and can have high position at work. When they married means that spending will increase in family. When they have children, they earn more money to balance their standard of living so they have less time to care for their children and family. I do not believe that juvenile delinquency is result of they have not enough time to care their children. The juvenile delinquency due to the surrounding environment and social impact on it. For example, your children can become bad if it play with bad friends and bad affects of the surrounding environment for it.
in conclusion, the women need to care their family and the most important they need to balance between family life and working life.

Quả thực, mình cảm thấy rất bực mình và đặc biệt điều này lại là từ 1 người mở lớp tiếng Anh trẻ, mình đã xử sự rất "nice" với bạn này. Trước đây mình đã từng biết nickname này trên enbac.com, shop bán đồ online, rồi mình thấy quảng cáo khá nhiều trên rongbay.com, vietco, raovat... về lớp học tiếng Anh của bạn này đăng. Khi lenguyet85 xuất hiện tại diễn đàn f544, mình đã từng có ấn tượng tốt về cách nói năng, và mình khi duyệt bài cũng có xem các comment có tốt, có ko tốt về lớp học của bạn này...
Những ngày gần đây, mình nhận được những phản ánh mà dần dần gây nên sự ko dễ chịu trong lòng mình về sự việc: là 1 người mở lớp, đáng lẽ lenguyet85 nên khẳng định chính mình bằng sự cố gắng, nhiệt tình và năng lực thật sự của bạn ấy chứ ko phải là làm 1 việc ko thể chấp nhận được là "đóng vai" 1 học viên muốn học TA, lấy nội dung khai giảng của mình để sử dụng cho việc quảng cáo bản thân. Điều này ảnh hưởng đến uy tín mình đã tạo dựng nhiều năm qua, tạo 1 dấu hỏi (?) to tướng đối với học viên học mình, chưa học qua mình... chắc các bạn cũng biết ngoài đời người ta gọi hành vi ko thể chấp nhận được này bằng từ gì đúng ko?
Qua sự việc trên, mình chỉ muốn nói rằng việc lựa chọn lớp học là quyền của mỗi người, ai mở lớp cũng có thể quảng cáo nhưng đừng sử dụng sức lao động, trí tuệ của người khác 1 cách trơ trẽn như thế! Có người học cảm thấy hợp, có người không hợp, có người yêu, kẻ ghét, tuy nhiên, mình quan niệm 1 trong những điều tiên quyết 1 người giáo viên cần có là lòng nhiệt tình và ý thức cố gắng hết mình, bằng niềm đam mê miệt mài, sáng tạo của bản thân.
Dù mình ko biết rằng trên thực tế có bao nhiêu bạn đã từng nhận cái nội dung khai giảng copy kia - mà chính mình mới là người viết nên nó, có lời hứa hẹn với học viên đến với mình qua nó, cái sự copy ấy đã khiến các bạn gọi điện cho mình, khẳng định xem có phải lớp học LeNguyet ấy cũng là của mình hay ko, có phải do mình đứng ra mở hay ko mà sao lời lẽ và từng dấu hoa thị, từng dấu gạch ngang lại y chang như thế? Nhưng qua nội dung viết trên, ở tại topic này đây do mình mở và phụ trách gần 6 năm qua trên TTVN, mình muốn trả lời các bạn.
Mình cảm ơn bất cứ ai đã đọc những lời trên mình viết để chia sẻ.
