Vietnamese often say : "Tram hay khong bag tay quen".It''s mean that experience is highly apriciated in our life.In fact,people can do something very well base on their characteristic or their experices.To my oppinion I myself evaluate someone''s experience higher than their characterisstics and consider that in every field of daily life experience have more affection than characteristic.

Actually,we firsly learn everything in life through other''s knowledge.Since were born all thing around us seem to be very new and strange,we only know what is it,how to use an object,how to control it by the direction of adutl.For example,a child who want to ride a bicycle,he can do it easily with some directions of how to keep balance,how to maintain the speed,how to ride it on the road...or even with adutls who take part in a driving course,they need to be show the way to control the gear-box,how to deal with the difficult situation when take part in communicate...all of them can be shown through other''s experience.Moreover,when coming to school we also get knowledge from our teacher throught their experience that they have already had after along time study and research.
Furthermore,in many area of life, an experinced one can do something more easily than an young person.English have an idiom : "wet behind the ears" to tell about the one who is immature and "dry behind the ears" to tell about the one who very wise and have alot of experience.For instance,in business a person who know well about the market,the capital,the price,labour...and have experience in manage will be more successful than a young one.In ad***ion,with some position in business the administration give require for 3 or 4 years experience.That why experience play an important role in our life.
To conclude,if we have experience in each field of daily life we will have more advantage than others.To my mind we always need to observe and learn the experience from everybody to improve our knowledge day by day.

Problems with student behavior become more and more serious, which every school in different countries have to face nowadays. In my view, there are two major reasons for that tense situation and remedies require co-operation of family, school and government.
I would argue that family and school are responsible for bad student behavior. First, family takes an important part in everyone?Ts life and has effects on our comportment directly. Students whose parents conduct evil or take little interest because of busy work, divorces, separations, etc are usually instructed which behavior is good or not good. As a result, they can easily learn ugly acts from their bad friends, violent films or websites, etc. According to a report of American psychologists, a greater 30 per cent numbers of student who is dependent on alcohol or drugs was born in divorced families than happy families. Secondly, low quality education system also leads to troubles with student acts. Despite the fact that every countries give prominence to education development, there are still many teachers who lack professional or pedagogic skills. In ad***ion to boring lectures, some teachers often vituperate, even hit, strike students whenever they make mistakes, which will set a bad example, decrease respect for teachers and increase playing truant. In my experience, many my friends are sometimes absent from school because the lessons in that day are too boring.
Solving this problem is not easy. I strongly support that parents must join consultancy class which teach parent skill and parents who have ugly students have to be fined amount of money. This method will prevent passing the buck of irresponsible parents and make them care more about their children. In school, there should be good consultant centers for students with qualified counselors. Hence, whenever having problems, students can go there, share thoughts comfortably and ask for advices. Government should help schools set up these centers.
All in all, with all the care of family, school and government, students will be aware of their behavior and conduct in a better way.

It is natural that all of us always want to achieve happiness considered to be very important for our lives. However, everyone''s views of the happiness is very different. Therefore, what happiness is, how to achieve it are the controversial questions.
It is really difficult to give a correct answer about question "what happiness is", because it depends on everyone''s living opinion. Some people believe that wealth is the happiness. For them, money is the prime important thing, you can not have the happiness if don''t make much money. Some other people think that money is not all, that health is invaluable. You can not do something if have not the health. Besides, There are still very many other views of the happiness such as families, friends, career..., and some people think simply that you are happy when you feel comfortable, relaxed and unafraid for that moment.
In the real life, there are many factors which influent on the way people can achieve happiness such as personal achievement, personal relationships, families and career. We can attain happiness when have a firm career, good friends and a happy family. Besides, optimism is also an important element. If we is always optimistic, canty, we will feel the life is really nice.
In conclusion, happiness depends on everyone''s sense. You feel happy when satisfied with somethings which you have.

It is no doubt that people always show concern for how to teach children effectively, isn''t it? Naturally, there has been being a controversial issue of whether which way is more ideal for our future generation between competition and cooperation. In my point of view, both terms are two aspects of the same object so we should consider them to be inseparable and not divide in many cases, especially in teaching children.
The first view holds that the more we immerse our children in rivalry, the better competition builds character and produces excellence. By this I mean that moderate competitions can be necessary and appropriate motivators for children to not only develop healthy attitudes about winning and losing but also learn about their cognitive abilities and limitations.
Furthermore, despite the fact that competitions bring to children some benefits such as independent and self-confident in their character, no one can deny the significance of collaboration. Definitely, children could gain knowledge and skills more quickly when they share together because cooperation helps each child to learn from others'' strong points and limit his or her own weaknesses as well. In my experience, I found a memorable quote in a newspaper when I was a schoolgirl: " If you want to be incrementally better, be competitive; if you want to be exponentially better, be cooperative", since then it is always in my mind as a useful and practical guideline
Ultimately, cooperation is good at times, but without competition there is not much reason to do anything; hence, basically, cooperation gets things done and competition is incentive. Only when children are taught by both methods, could they achieve remarkable progress and have a better life in the future.

There are many viewpoints about the forming and development of human characters. Some experts argue that our personalities are affected by ourselves and development about physical, such as weight and height. However, it seems to me that the most important factors which have an effect on character of human are family and society.
To begin with, it can be denied that the family can make significant influence on attitude and acts of members so that it can be better or getting worse. According to experts, when we were still kids, we did something as our parents. For example, when our mother cleared house, we also did that. Hence, if the father is a good person who often help others, his children will become an easy-going and gentle person with high probability, but a young man will become easily aggressive and unconfident if his father usually shouts and strikes him. On the other hand, kids will be obedient when they are taught carefully by their parents; because they can be talked or given some advices about the life. Thus, that will make them get better.
In ad***ion, compare with family factor, society also has an important position on forming personality of us. In fact, we can be affected easily by opinion of friends, of teachers, of colleagues, etc because they are people with whom we usually talk and share many things everyday. Therefore, it is understood that people who live different socialites, have different characters. The vivid example, Japanese are diligent or Chinese are serious.
On the whole, characteristics human has connection with outside factors. Hence, parents should close to their children in order to understand them. Moreover, they also should choose for their kids the best environment where their children can development both mentality and physicality.

Creative artists should always be given the freedom to express their own ideas (in words, pictures, music or film) in whichever way they wish. There should be no government restrictions on what they do.
To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion?
As you know, creation is the soul of art and this helps us to enrich mental and physical health. By the way, government policies don''t limit the freedom of art creation because this affect the private people in express their imagination. As the result, I agree completely to the view because of following reasons.
First of all, we always have human right to live and work in the environment of law and the art was no exception. Especially, the great arts always follow a vast amount of freedom and don''t concern to politic and ideology. For example, Leonardo Da Vinci with Mona Lisa and Vincent Willem van Gogh with Iris and Portrait du Dr. Gachet pictures which are famous all over the world are evident clearly. Broadly speaking, I thought we were not supposed to be living in a democracy if using limit on creative art.
Secondly, if we have a lot of time, we can imagine and work to make more interesting arts. For distance, it produces many films, poetries, pictures, music, painting...to help us to relax, refresh my brain and reduce stress after hard day. On the whole, without restrictions, there are many creative arts which were creative by people.
Despite the fact that we can see that freedom can bring negative effects. For example, in case that artist can not control, thus their books, videos don''t censor and this lead to describe or show naked people and ***ual acts in order to make people feel ***ually excited.
It is clear that the government should no limitation on art and great arts can be innovative in freedom of express ideal.

There are many discussion about choosing one of tow method teaching kids: Create a competitive environment among learners or combine all of them as group. In my opinion, performing both of these ways will achieve a best result.
In term of education, competition is a way that develop ability of a person to reach a effect better than others. This promotion makes a motivation help children more hard working and they will study consciously. Child will try to have a good mark sheet to get a blue ribbon. Creatively and capability to work independently of child is promoted. However, this learning style will take many difficult for child who have a low capacity. This problem will be released if we find the way how to co-ordinate children together.
The cooperation in learning of children is seem a good efficiency toward not only child is bad at studing but also better ones. The bad person who is tutored by others will find out a own optimal method during the training process. Besides that, the child who is good at learning will have an opportunity to expand their knowledge, bring into play their skills wholly. The distance between pupils will be abridged and the power of team is increased.
From my point of view, we should unite the two teaching ways. Uncle Ho said that â?oUnity is a strengthâ? and Vietnamese said that â?oTalent is the nationâ?Ts bloodâ?. Competition in education help us find the talent and the sense of community will be grown up if we have a suitable combination.
There for, we should not separate these two methods or argue that how the way more seriously. Using both of those makes children successfully in their life.

Happiness is considered very important in life
There is no doubt that everyone always pursues happiness, which is considered a goal and more important than any other for our lives. However, what happiness is, it seems difficult to define, for different people obviously have different ideas. They obtain happiness from seeking fame and profit. Other people are in pursuit of mental edification, they serve people heart and soul and find happiness from it.
Some people link happiness to money, material demands; while, others link to emotions, personal relationships, personal achievement. In my view, happiness is an emotion or impression, when others believe it is achieved by reaching a particular status in society or they obtain something such as success and satisfaction in their life. Then how to obtain happiness? I think there are two factors which influence on the way people can achieve happiness
Firstly, happiness may come from success. Many people might feel happy when they have succeeded in achieving their own ideal target such as obtaining a good position in their work and get the glory in a competition. Secondly, achieving happiness is mostly influenced by personal ambition which obviously will be different to each other. My sister, for example, may feel happy when she got married with her boyfriend as this is what they wanted. Meanwhile students may find their happiness by getting high mark in examinations. Their happiness is the result of their hard and patient study.
In conclusion, it might be hard to define the exact meaning of happiness which due to various people interests. And getting happiness depends on our response and emotion in life rather than the result of any work.
