It is said that creative artists should always be given the freedom to express their own ideas in whichever way they wish. There should be no government restrictions on what they do. I totally don?Tt agree with this.
No one can deny the importance of artists nowadays especially the one who has creativity. They need freedom both in mind and the physical evidences to make masterpiece for the humanity. However, that does not mean that they can have the right to do all the things that they want. If there is no restriction from the Government, many artists who have bad or crazy ideas will have a chance to make bad work. Their pieces of work will directly affect their admirers, fans, and also the normal people, who follow their actions without consideration. Moreover, bad works such as depraved culture need to be prohibited immediately. Therefore, the Government should issue suitable and useful policies to ban the bad work which affects seriously the spiritual life of people.
Nowadays, there are so many works of artists such as the novels, pictures, music or films that have not the wholesome contend. The more popular the information technology is, the faster the works are transmitted. Thus, restricting bad works from the beginning is necessary if the Government does not want these works to be known by people all over the world just by one mouse-click.
Inclusion, freedom is necessary for artists but this does not mean Government should give no restrictions on what the artists do. The Government should give out such suitable banning methods that not only prevent the bad behaviors but also encourage true artists to express their ideas.

Hehe, cảm ơn chị trước nhé. Tưởng jì chứ karamen o NCT thì khó jì đâu. KHi nào làm hoàn thiện thesis em sẽ ra đó rồi mời chị cùng anh Quang và em bé đi ăn Karamen và uống cf nhé.
Đầu T6 em vào NT để bảo vệ đề tài, khi ra em sẽ mua cfê NT và dried beef of Hưng Kí ra hậu tạ chị nhé. Cfê NT ngon lắm, e thấy chị hay ucf lắm không bít bây jờ còn thói quen đó không? Phải nói là nếu không có chị thì làm sao em có English qualification như bây jờ, và cũng chẳng bít IELTS và TOEIC, ? là cài jì đâu (ngày xưa ½ chữ cũng không bít + ở tỉnh lẻ bít jì về ngoại ngữ đâu).
Hehe, chắc ít nữa có cơ hội làm Ph.D cũng sẽ vẫn phải nhờ chị review cho phần English. Chị ơi, hiện jờ supervisor của em đang sửa phần chuyên ngành, chắc tuần tới xong em sẽ gửi nhờ chị sửa english giúp nhé.

The given table provides information about the rate of different type of families who lived in poverty in Australia in 1999.
As can be seen from the table, the rate of poverty households made up 11%, comprising about 1837000 people, while poor families who had only one parent, constituted, accounted for, took up,õ?Ư) the highest percentage, with 21 percent, followed by that of singles without children was 19%.
On the other hand, couples who had children accounted for 12%(933000 people), whereas the proportion of couples without kids was only 7%, comprising round 200.000 people. As is shown by the table, the poverty rate of older people who lived alone and older couples took up 6 % (54000) and 4 % (48000) respectively.
Overall, the table illustrated that nuclear families had lower poverty levels than the couples with no children, while the number of aged people living poverty were fewer than others.

The column graph A provides information about the differences between students from under 26 to over 49 in two major learning purposes while the column graph B illustrates the overall trend of the quantity of assistance from boss of each age groups.
According to the bar graph A, successful achievement is the most common reason for people who are from under 26 to 39, being 80, 70 and 58 per cent respectively. In contrast, there is the smaller number of trainees who really interested in going to school, with only 10 percent in over 26 student groups. However, there are markedly differences in the figures for older students group. The principal cause of over 49 people is enjoying learning with 70 per cent whereas the number of trainee whose study aim is getting a good job account for only 20 per cent.
The column graph B provides differences in boss helps which encourage people in going to school between different age student groups. Certainly, trainees being under 26 years old are the most supported, being 65 per cent. However, this figure of over 26 students fell gradually, hitting the lowest of 35 percent in 30 to 39 trainees. After that, the amount of study assistance increase again to 45 per cent for people who being past 49 years old.

These Graph provides information about the alternative grade of learning certificate in Australia. Simultaneously, the diagram denotes the ratio of boy and girl owning them in 1999.
Looking more closely at skilled vocational chitty, it can be seen that there is a largest unequal in getting this diploma between male and female, concretely, majority of males who owned this diploma with 90 percent and the females got it with 10 percent only. This inequality is also taken place in degree of undergraduate, postgraduate or master and the smallest one is in Bachlorâ?Ts degree which male and female have a approximation using around 50 percent. The certificate in which the female occupied a biggest rate is Undergraduate diploma, with 70 percent. This percentage is also the rate that the male grasped Postgraduate degree.
In generally, through this diagram, the rate of males holding certifications appropriates more dominantly than these of females does.

The map illustrates the site of new supermarkets is going to address in Garlson.
The first new supermarket is located in the west north in the suburb and it is near a through railway of the town. Besides, it is in front of the main roads and is far 12 km to Hinton with the population is 10000.
The second new supermarket is town centre without traffic zone. There are three main roads which are in the direct line between the suburb and the centre of town. In the west - north, a main road goes through housing to Hinton and is about 12 km with its population is 10000. In the west - south and east - south, two other ways to Bransdon and to Cransdon is far 16 km and 25 km with the population is 15000 and 29000 respectively. Especially, it lies on a through railway. In ad***ion, it is between two industries in the southern and northern centre town.
All in all, we can see that there are two sites to build new supermarket in Garlson.
