R: ?business people but I also work with politicans?and university lecturer
P:?that. And what sort of thing help people to orgnize that time. I supose punctuality is important?
R: uhm..yes and no. It?Ts easier to finish a meeting on time and start ontime but in international contest?.have to be aware of culture difference
    P: for example?
R: Well, in Britain, big formal meeting usually start ontime but les formal meeting often begin a few minutes late. In Germany, on the other hand, people expect all meeting to begin ontime. In some countries, for example like Americâ?more relax start to, so u do have a ? to circumstance.

And the last of technique here, for example: imaging u got to important thing to dô?and these other reason, always try to do the unpleasant task first, that way the pleasant task?finishing. If u do the other way round ur ?slow down the pleasant task because u don?Tt want to do the unpleasant one
P: I remember that? Finally, what for u is the hard working person?
R: I?Tm not interesting in hard working people. U can spend 12 hours of the day at the office without doing very much. I ?inproductive and happy people

P : What exactly did the time management can consultant to?
R : Purpose, its all about helping people to organize the work in the effective way, maximum the efficiency, minimum stress.
P : That?Ts sound that something I need. Who is your client ?
R : Mainly, business people but I also work with politician, offical servants and university lecturer.
P : Uh, quite strange that!
    R : Uh,
P : What are sort of thing help people to organize their time? I suppose punctuality is important?
R : Yes and no. It?Ts easy for you to finish in time and start on time. But in the international contacts, you do have to be aware of culture differences.
    P : For example?
R : Well, in Britain, big formal meeting usually start on time, but less formal meeting often begin a few minutes late. In Germany, on the other hand, people expect all meeting to begin on time. In some countries, for example like America, there are more relax to start to, so you do have to adapt to circumstances.
    P : Well and Roll!
    R : To some...
P : It sound like even if you manager your own time very well you still can control what other people do.
R : Well, you can set limit. If you meeting a friend who always arrive late. You can say: ?oWell, I?Tm going to wait for 15 minutes. If you aren?Tt there by then I?Tll leave.?
    P : I?Tve got one friend who?Ts always late. I don?Tt think I?Tve ever idea I did that.
R : But people who are always late that the one you need to set limit with. If they know you are wait then perhaps they can effort.
    P. Isn?Tt it up rather hard?
R : No, not really. Someone who cancelled you turn off late, it putting a low value on your time. Let them know you?Tve got of things to do and I?Tm not suggest of you to do that whatever you want just persisted late comer. Though again, different culture do have different view point on what can?Tt to do serious lateness.
P : What about interruption? I often came to the studio with something important I need to do and the phone ring, then someone came to see me before I noted that the day is over and I haven?Tt done what I planed.

If it isn?Tt important anyway, you have just gone away. Isn?Tt it? Somake appointment and you can do it properly.
    P : Its sound practical!
R : Again, you do have to careful, in some cultures, particularly......... this technique can upsad people but here we in US and almost no one will be offended.
P : So, does everything depend on culture?
R : No, I?Tve just told one time that the big differences between cultures but how you organized your own work it?Ts up to you, and there are a lot of techniques here. For example, imagines you?Tve two important things to do one of them is pleasant the other isn?Tt. Always try to do the unpleasant task first. That way pleasant task give you the ..... to finishing. If you do the away round the ........ you will slow down the pleasant task because you do not want to do the unpleasant one
P : I will remember that. Finally, what for you it the hard working person?
R : I?Tm not very interested in hard working people. You can spend 24 hours a day at the office without doing very much. I?Tm interested in productive and happy people.

PR:what exactly do time management consultants do ?
RW:well,Paul.it''?Ts all about helping people to organize their work in an effective way:maximum efficiency, minimum stress
    PR:who are ur clients?
RR:Mainly business people, but I?Tve also worked with politicians, civil servants and university lectures.
PR:what sort of things help people to organize time?
    I suppose punctuality is important?
RW:hmm yes and no..It''''s easier to finish a meeting on time if it starts on time but in international contexts,U do have to be aware of cultural differences.
    PR: for example?
Ro:well. In Britain, big, formal meetings usually start on time, but less formal meetings often begin a few minutes late.In Germany,on the other hand, people expect all meetings to begin on time.In some countries, for example in Latin America, there?Ts more?relaxed attitude. So,you do have to adapt to circumstances.
    PR:When in Rome?
    RW:Ro some extent,yes.
PR:IT sounds like even if you manage your own time very well, you still can?Tt control what other people do.
    RW:Well,you can set limits.If U''''re meeting a friend who always arrives late,U can say ?~ well,I ''''m going to wait for 15 mins...If they aren?Tt there by then,I?Tll leave?
PR: I ''''ve got one friend who always late.
RW:People who are always late are the ones you need to set limits with.If they know that you won?Tt wait, then, perhaps they?Tll make an effort.
    PR:Isn?Tt that rather harsh?
RW:No,not really.Someone who constantly turns up late is putting a low value on your time.Let them know you?Tve got other things to do.And I?Tm not suggesting you do that with everyone-just the persistent latecomers.Though, again, different cultures do have different viewpoints on what constitutes serious lateness.
PR: what about interruptions?I often come in to the studio with something important I need to do,and the phone rings,or someone comes to see me?.Before I know it,the day is over and I haven''''t done what I planned
RW: Hm,U need to defend ur time.If u''''r working on something important and someone drops in to see U,get your diary out .Politely tell them U''''r busy and make an appointment for another time.If it isn''''t important, anyway, they?Tll just go away.If it is,they?Tll make an appointment and you can deal with it properly.
You have to be careful. In some cultures, particularly Latin ones, this technique can upset people. But here in the United States, almost no-one will be offended
PR: Does everything depend on culture?
RW:No, ....attitudes to time are one of the big differences between cultures but how U organize ur work is up to U and there a lots of techniques here.
For example,U ?~ve got 2 important things to do,one is pleasant and the other isn''''t.Always try to do the unpleasant 1st.That way,the pleasant task is a reward for finishing. If you do it the other way round, you?Tll tend to slow down the pleasant task because you don?Tt want to do the unpleasant one.
    PR: Finally.what for U,is a hardworking person?
No, Im not very interested in hard-working people.U can spend 12 hours a day at the office without doing very much.Im interested in productive ?and happy people.
