2. Information Seminar:
An incredible event to take a deeper look in AIESEC and our Global Internship Program. An event where you can interact with AIESEC members and talk with students who had taken AIESEC internship in foreign countries.

3. Selection procedures:
This spring, AIESEC Hanoi brings you 2 ways to get AIESEC experience:
i. Join and work as an AIESEC member to develop yourself
ii. Become an Exchange Participant of our Global Internship Program to work as an intern in another country.
There are 3 options for you to choose based on your desire and goals:
· Applying as Exchange Participant only:
For this option, candidates must go through this procedure:
Application form -> Pre-interview -> Student Review Board

· Applying as AIESEC member only:
Application form -> Assessment Center-> Interview

· Applying as both Exchange Participant and AIESEC member:
Application form -> Assessment Center -> Student Review Board

Note:
· All undergraduates can apply for 1 of those categories.
· Graduate students can only apply as Exchange Participant.

4. Timeline:
· Application review:
Deadline for all applications is September 18th, 2011.

· Assessment Center:
Selected candidates will take part in AC on September 25th, 2011

· Pre-interview:
Will be conducted on September 25th, 2011

· Student review board:
Will be conducted on October 2nd, 2011

· Interview:
Will be conducted on October 2nd, 2011
