[FONT=&quot]This spring, AIESEC Hanoi proudly gives you the greatest opportunity to become AIESEC members and exchange participants – Recruitment Spring 2011. We are providing international experience, leadership development and professional skills to a growing number of Vietnamese young people.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Selection procedures:[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]This spring, AIESEC Hanoi brings you 2 ways to get AIESEC experience: [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] i. [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Join and work as an AIESEC member to develop yourself [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] ii. [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Become an Exchange Participant of our Global Internship Program to work as an intern in other countries. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]There are 3 options for you to choose based on your desire and goals:[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Applying as Exchange Participant only:[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]For this option, candidates must go through this procedure:[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Application form -> Pre-interview -> Student Review Board[/FONT]

· [FONT=&quot]Applying as AIESEC member only:[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Application form -> Assessment Center[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Applying as both Exchange Participant and AIESEC member:[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Application form -> Assessment Center -> Student Review Board[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Note:[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]All undergraduates can apply for 1 of those categories. [/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Graduate students can only apply as Exchange Participant.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Timeline:[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Application review:[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Deadline for all applications is March 27th, 2011.[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Assessment Center:[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot] Selected candidates will take part in AC on April 2nd, 3rd, 9th and 10th, 2011.[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Pre-interview: [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Will be conducted on April 3rd, 2011.[/FONT]
