Ambiguous sentences: Let's flesh them out!

2. Did Bill sell a man''s hat to the invisible or did Bill sell the hat that was possessed by the invisible man to someone else? I am not happy with my own answer. Could sb help, plzzz?
3. Not ambiguous! But it could be if the wording was ''They don''t smoke and drink''

1.My son has grom another foot (ban chan), or has grown another foot( in measurement) taller?
2. The dean likes the secretary who was reading the letter? Or likes the secretary of the -professor- who was reading the letter himself?
3. The train left the station, being crowded and dirty itself? Or was the station crowded and dirty?
4. Put the box that is currently on the table, in the kitchen? Or put the box on the table that is in the kitchen?

Two possible interpretations are
1. A man eats piranha which is mistakenly sold as pet fish.
2. Piranha which is man-eating (like shark) is mistakenly sold as pet fish.

Does the event that someone has to be executed happen for a second time or ... is a killer sentenced to die twice?
