Đối thủ của Shrek đây ....... Cùng trong năm hãng DreamWorks phát hành Shrek, Walt Disney cũng tung ra thị trường bộ phim Monster. Inc hấp dẫn không kém. Bài hát Hallelujah của Shrek tuy rất dễ thương nhưng đã bị If I didn''t have you của Monster. Inc qua mặt để đoạt lấy giải Oscar cho bài hát trong phim hay nhất.
Bài hát được thể hiện bởi 2 giọng ca nghiệp dư là John Goodman và Billy Crystal. Tuy chất giọng của họ không lấy gì làm xuất sắc, nhưng giai điệu vui vẻ và đặc biệt là lời bài hát rất có ý nghĩa đã giúp If I didn''t have you vượt qua nhiều đối thủ để giành được giải thưởng cao quý.

Bạn đã xem SPIRIT: Stallion of the Cimarron chưa?. Nếu chưa thì tớ strongly recommend bộ phim này. Đó là một trong số những phim hoạt hình mà tớ thích nhất!
Khi tớ được một người bạn giới thiệu mua nó, tớ thực sự không thấy hứng thú lắm, nhưng tớ vẫn mua để không làm sự nhiệt tình của bạn tớ thất vọng. Nhưng sau khi xem xong, tớ đã không hề cảm thấy số tiền mình bỏ ra mua phim là lãng phí nữa.

Bộ phim là câu chuyện về một chú ngựa đầu đàn, về chuyến phiêu lưu của chú ta khi tiếp cận với con người, về sự mất lòng tin và lấy lại được lòng tin. Bộ phim nhẹ nhàng, hài hước và cũng có cả những pha hành động nữa đấy!

Có một điều đặc biệt: Phim không có nhiều thoại, chủ yếu là âm nhạc. Những giai điệu và lời ca đã nói lên tất cả. Người viết bài hát cho phim là nam ca sĩ Bryan Adam, tớ đặc biệt yêu chất giọng rock khàn của anh này.

Mới đây, trong phim Brother Bear, Phil Collins sáng tác nhạc cho phim, có mấy bài liền nhưng tớ thích nhất là bài On my way, có thể vì nó cũng cùng tâm trạng với tớ và đã an ủi rất nhiều.
Phim Brother Bear ra cùng đợt với Nemo, nếu xét về mặt nội dung thì phim Anh em gấu hay hơn Nemo nhiều và nhất là phim này vẽ bằng tay chứ không dùng 3D như Nemo.
