đây là một đề mục trong hợp đồng theo các bán dịch thế nào cho sát nghĩa. Trong thoả thuận nó được định nghĩa như sau:
- "Commensing date " shall mean the date on wich obligatión ò the Operator hereunder commence and shall be the date specified as such in Schedule 3.
- "Opening date" shall mean the date on ưich the hotel is full completed and ready for occupation and use shall be established as more particulary set out in Schedule 3.

Đoạn dịch nhìn chung thoát ý, tuy nhiên có một vài thuật ngữ tiếng Việt cần chỉnh sửa cho phù hợp hơn, thí dụ:
1/ Promissory note: kỳ phiếu (lệnh phiếu) : giấy cam kết trả tiền vô điều kiện ở một thời điểm trong tương lai.
2/ Pledge : (Giấy) cầm đồ : người đi vay chuyển giao tài sản cho chủ nợ cầm đồ để làm vật bảo đảm cho khoản vay.
3/ Mortgage : (giấy) cầm cố, thế chấp : người đi vay chuyển giao chứng từ chứng nhận quyền sở hữu tài sản cho chủ nợ cầm cố để làm vật bảo đảm cho khoản vay.

Theo mọi người cụm từ " a trial balance và balance sheet " và " a department expen***ure analysis ( account payable) trong Financial Report ( Tài liệu kiểm toán ) thì nên dịch là gì cho đúng với thuật ngữ chuyên ngành kế toán.
