Trường em nó yêu cầu cái này mà chưa hiểu nên viết kiểu gì,không biết nó có form không các bác.Mình viết lung tung khéo lại cười cho thối mũi.
Bác nào có thì cho xin một vài cái làm mẫu.Cảm ơn các bác nhiều

Cái mà bạn hỏi nó có tên chính xác là Research Proposal. Bạn search từ khoá này thì sẽ có cả đống form. Còn hướng dẫn viết thì có thể vào trang này:

Writing and submitting a research proposal can be an exasperating experience for even the most experienced researcher. For the beginning researcher, it can be frustrating and discouraging and even turn the novice off of a research project.
Researchers submit protocols for one of two reasons: to apply for funding or to receive institutional review and ethics approval. Agencies and institutional review boards have a number of rules for submitted proposals. These rules often seem designed to create extra work for the researcher! However, "surviving" the submission and approval process becomes easier with experience. These pages were created to assist you with writing a research proposal in such a way to maximize your chances of quick approval and successful funding. Some parts were created for the Centre for Advancement of Health''s Research Protocol Writing Courses, which are given intermittently. Watch the "Announcements" section of the CAH website for details about upcoming courses.
