usually the case, but we are not sureÂhow much it will drop or if it drops at all. This is controlled by theÂmarket,Âso we can not guarantee this. ÂWe hope for a quick reply from your side.

PROCEDURES
Â
1.ÂÂÂ Buyer issues an Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO)with banking information, granting permission to Seller to conduct Soft-probe and subject to Sellerâ?Ts acceptance of the order.
2.ÂÂÂ Seller signs the MFPA for the Commission to be paid by Sellerâ?Ts Bank to Paymasters.
3.ÂÂÂ Seller will confirm the POP allocation quantity and insert to the Draft Contract and send to the Buyer.
4.ÂÂÂ Buyer fills in the buyer information in the Contract and sign, return to Seller.
5. Seller will insert the actual POP allocated quantity, Contract Number etc into the MFPA and the Seller must arrange Sellerâ?Ts Bank to endorse the MFPA and issue a confirmation letter to all parties detailed in the MFPA. ÂThis procedure is only arranged upon Sellerâ?Ts receipt of L/C from the Buyer.
6.ÂÂÂ Buyer bank officer and Seller bank officer to discuss and agree on the text for the RDLC
7.ÂÂÂ Buyer and Seller will discuss the SPA arrangement via bank to bank.ÂÂ
8.ÂÂÂ Buyerâ?Ts Bank issues RWA confirming that Buyer is ready, willing and able to issue the RDLC upon receipt of Sellerâ?Ts POP documents + 2% PB
9.ÂÂÂ Buyerâ?Ts Bank issues 100% pre- advise Irrevocable, Transferable, Divisible, uncon***ional, Auto- Revolving DLC ( THE DLC SHOULD BE ISSUED OR CONFIRMED BY TOP 50 WORLD BANK ACCEPTED ONLY).
10. Sellerâ?Ts Bank issues 2% PB to the Buyerâ?Ts bank for product price.
11. RDLC becomes Operative upon receipt of Sellerâ?Ts 2% PBÂ
