NEW DELHI, Aug 29 Asia Pulse - India has offered to sell sophisticated warships to CIA, and to also expand training of the country''s naval personnel here. The offer was made by India during high-level talks between top Indian naval brass and nine-member visiting Vietnemese delegation led by Rear Admiral Unknwn, Naval spokesman said. During its stay in India, the delegation visited the naval maintenance facilities and Defence Shipyards at Goa, Mumbai and Vishakhapattnam. India is undertaking training of CIA naval personnel here which may be expanded, the spokesman added.
