Course on "Film Festival and Event Management" in Berlin, Germany
Applications will only be considered if the completed Application Form and Employer's
Declaration have been returned to the German Embassy before 15.11.2011.
The Application Form must be signed by the applicant.
The Employer's Declaration must be signed by the applicant's employer.
In order to evaluate the candidates' qualifications and professional background, we ask that the
attached questionnaires be filled out in detail.
Criteria for the selection of suitable candidates will be the

Please be advised that the age limit for this course is 45 years. Exceptions can only be made if the
station management explains why an older candidate should be considered.

Background
This training is designed for film festival and market staff whose responsibility it is to plan
festival programmes and manage market and festival events.
Objectives
The aim of this course is to improve the ability of film festival and market staff, to plan their
work effectively and contribute successfully to the programme selection and management of
festivals and markets conducted by their own organisations.
The objectives of the course are:
• To improve the participants ability to organise themselves.
• To familiarise them with film selection criteria and preview procedures for the various
event segments of the 62nd Berlin International Film Festival.
• To sharpen participants’ awareness of developmental potential in various areas of their
own film festivals and markets.
To improve their communication and presentation skills.
• To enable the participants to gain first hand experience of festival organisation by
understudy work in selected festival segments during the running of the 61st Berlin
International Film Festival.
• To exchange information about film acquisition and screening problems as well as
audience development initiatives in the participating countries.

Phase 1
After a brief initial introduction each participant will inform the group about the basic
organisational and economic parameters of his/her own work area. Participants will also be
expected to present a list of queries reflecting their most pressing organisational problems
as well as relevant professional topics about which they hope to get more information during
their sojourn in Berlin.
This will be followed by an overview of the organisational framework and programme
selection criteria of the Berlin International Film Festival as well as of the structures within
various operational units such as the Competition, the International Forum of New Cinema,
the Children’s Film Festival, the Panorama, protocol, sponsoring, press and public relations,
documentation and information, the European Film Market and the Talent Campus.
Training units on self-organisation and skills and film selection communication will also be
included. Participants will have an opportunity to discuss current trends in audience
development and participate in other pre-festival activities such as press screenings and the
initial festival press conference.
Phase 2
During this phase the participants will have an opportunity to participate in a range of
activities and gain practical experience in selected work areas of the 62nd Berlin
International Film Festival in line with their work areas at home and their own levels of
competency. These areas will be decided on in conjunction with the management of the
various festival segments to ensure that the participants benefit without disrupting the work
in progress.

Phase 3
Various topics dealt with during the previous course phases will be reviewed during the final
week of the course. The course participants will be expected *****mmarise their experience
during the course and list measures, which if implemented could improve work routines and
the overall quality of their own festivals and present them in a plenary session at DW-
AKADEMIE.

Tốt nghiệp đại học Tokyo năm 1955, Toshio Matsumoto là nghệ sĩ tiên phong về phim thử nghiệm tiền vệ, nghệ thuật đa phương tiện, và video tại quê hương ông cũng như ở nước ngoài. Phim ngắn thử nghiệm đầu tay của ông là Song of the Stones/ Bài ca của những hòn đá (1963). Tác phẩm nổi tiếng nhất của ông là phim thử nghiệm đầy táo bạo năm 1969 Funeral Parade of Roses/ Diễu hành đám tang hoa hồng, bộ phim khét tiếng tại Nhật với những hình ảnh về đồng tính. Ông đã xuất bản vài cuốn sách ảnh và nghệ thuật, hiện ông đang là giáo sư và chủ nhiệm khoa nghệ thuật tại trường Đại học nghệ thuật và thiết kế Kyoto. Thời gian đầu tôi mới viết BMNNCH (I) chân ướt chân ráo, tôi cũng không biết chuyện gì sẽ tiếp tục, nên có viết nhiều cảnh tình cảm! Nay tôi sẽ chấm dứt, trong đầu tôi, tôi nghĩ "đỉnh cao của sự khoái lạc" mà tôi có thể tưởng tượng ra đã được miêu tả hết trong BMNNCH I
Từ nay tôi sẽ không viết 1 loại gì về loại tình cảm quá thường. 1 phong cách (nếu có) tôi muốn đến vẫn là trữ tình, ca ngợi tình cảm đẹp
Có điều kiện (chủ yếu là khi công việc được ổn và thanh nhàn), tôi đang muốn làm cho mình 1 vài bài thu âm mà tôi tâm đắc, bởi tôi thích nghe nhạc từ năm lớp 3 (tức là 8 tuổi). Hằng ngày, khi có dịp tôi luôn nghe nhạc cả vài tiếng đồng hồ.
tất nhiên cũng mong xuất bản (nhưng tôi không nghĩ xuất bản để bán lấy lời, mà chỉ chừng 3-4 trăm cuốn do truyện tôi dày in khá tốn kém, mà còn chưa hết Phần ... ở vn tiền nhuận bút thường còn thua đi dạy kèm, thế nhưng do bận việc, gửi mail hay liên hệ thì chỉ thấy im lặng), nhưng các bạn thấy đấy, chưa có nxb nào chịu in thì đã có những trang truyện như vnthuquan, luongsonbac (lương son bạc gọi mỗi thành viên lên đó là 1 "hảo hán") đồng ý đưa vào thư viện.
Tôi nghĩ đích cuối cùng là đấy chứ không phải lo/đủ điều kiện xuất bản rồi lãng quên ...

truyện này lâu lắm rồi mới đọc lại, hi

hi, truyện BMNNCH I được đăng lại trên trang web khác nhưng chuyển từ 13 chương thành 63-64 chương. Vậy là người hiệu đính không hiểu hết ẩn ý của tác giả:
Mình không biết mấy về phong thủy nhưng cũng thích áp dụng. Mình đã chọn số 13 chương làm kết thúc cho truyện ý nghĩa (13 là số xui) tức mang lại bi kịch cho nhân vật truyện. Thực vậy cuối truyện có 2 "romeo phải chết" là NV chính và cảnh sát viên.
- Mình không thích môn "tập làm văn" của chương trình văn học phổ thông, vì chung quy nó chỉ dạy 3 thứ cơ bản là "Mở bài - Thân bài - kết luận" cho mọi thể loại văn.
Điều này khi áp dụng cho tiểu thuyết là sai hết.
Từ ngày viết đến trước khi kết thúc truyện gần 2 tuần mình mới nghĩ xong cốt truyện, và viết xong thì không còn thấy rõ ai là nhân vật chính nữa.

Về bộ phim NGÔI NHÀ TRONG HẺM 2012

Tôi rất khả nghi kịch bản phim điện ảnh này lai lai, đi song song với truyện của tôi
- cách đặt tên
- ý tưởng chọn ngôi nhà và nhân vật chính là nữ, và nhân vật này bị hồn ma trong nhà ám.

Bởi dựa theo mốc thời gian, tôi viết ý tưởng truyện này từ giữa năm 2009, lúc đó chưa có 1 phim kiểu ngôi nhà nào mà diễn viên này đóng.
Thứ hai, trong blog yume của Trí Nguyễn tôi có nói truyện tôi chỉ hợp cho kiểu Trí Nguyễn và Ngô Thanh Vân đóng.

Thật chán, viết văn đã rách tả tơi ở Việt Nam rồi, bản thân tôi viết vì khích lệ cho vui, còn không mượn bất kỳ 1 chuyện nào, chủ yếu do tôi nghĩ ra trong đầu, tôi còn chẳng muốn tự dịch truyện mình ra tiếng Anh (dù tôi học ngành ngoại ngữ, do tôi quý tiếng Việt này). Vậy mà giới kịch bản vẫn nhiều toan tính.

Xin độc giả ai đã đọc BMNNCH từ mốc cuối năm 2009 - đầu và giữa năm 2010 chứng giám giúp. Tôi nói vậy thôi.

Ai mà hay theo dõi phim, truyện nước ngoài sẽ thấy, rất nhiều phim Việt Nam mượn ý tưởng truyện, phim của nước ngoài rồi sửa lại chi tiết từ đoạn giữa trở đi.

Chỉ riêng thị trường Hong Kong thôi, phim XHD, kinh dị, ma quái, kiếm hiệp, kể cả thể loại tình cảm cấp 3 rất có nét riêng và đặc sắc ... đã lên đến chắc triệu phim. Họ còn không nói gì, ở ta mới có chừng chưa được trăm phim lại tự cho là 1 bước đột phá.

BMNNCH Tập 2 (đang viết, đang chờ viết). bây giờ viết cũng phải đề phòng trăm ngả. Tiền 1 xu mốc không có.

tôi cảm thấy viết mãi thì toàn chữ, nên làm thử một clip này trong điều kiện chắp vá

tiếp tục nêu sự khả nghi về cái tựa "Ngôi nhà trong hẻm"
Với 1 trang thiết bị đàng hoàng và điều kiện lồng tiếng tốt hơn, có lẽ clip sẽ khá hơn.
