U should wait until it reoperates after rebiulding the center . To be a member , u need to pay 180000 for membership per year.
I will inform u when it is about time to register !!! ok !!

I don''t think so.
It has many books,but are you patient enough to read a book by yourself?
U can hear BBC news on TV, but do U undestand? Or U''ll feel boring immediately?
U can watch English films there, but can U understand without sub-tittle? And there are not many interesting films for U to choice.
Magazines? So boring, just some magazines are suitable for us.
Access Internet for U to find information? Don''t dream, U must stand to use computer
A silence place for U to study? NO!!! There R a lot of people going around and making so much noise. In ad***ion there are not enough chairs for U. So U must sit 2 or 3 people in narrow one.
I don''t mean that BC is totally unhelpful. I just want U to think careful before makind decision. 180.000 is not cheap.
Now it is open for everyone who want to be a member.
U need to be a student or one who is working for a certain company . 180000/year for membership fee . U also need to take along with student card ( if available ) and ur ID , two 3*4 personal photo .That''''s it .
