Mình chưa kịp xem lại, nhưng bạn thử chạy tập tin Rege*** (trong thư mục Window), rồi tìm đến khóa NoRun (theo đường dẫn HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionPolicie***plorer ) thay đổi giá trị 1 thành 0
