Membership fees and con***ions
This British council in Vietnam offers one type of membership - one year, full membership.
1.1 The cost of a one year membership is VND 180,000, payable in Vietnamese Dong
Note: Students of the BC Teaching centre do not have to pay a membership fee while they are receiving English language training from the BC.
1.2 To join the information centre, all applicants must submit 2 passport photos, show their identity card and either
+ a valid student card if you are a student or
+ a letter of recommendation from your current employer or a current business card
to a member of BC information centre staff.
1.3 The cost of membership is the same for everyone whether you are a student or are in employment.
1.4 All members can access the Information Centre at any time within the opening hours advertised.
1.5 The membership fee is non-refundable.
1.6 The membership card is not transferable
1.7 The membership card must be shown to a member of BC staff on entering and exiting the IC.
1.8 A fee of 30k must be paid for a replacement membership card if you lose or damage your membership card.
1.9 All members are expected to be courteous to each other and the BC staff and to behave in a manner expected in any library or place of study.
1.10 The BC reserves the right to terminate a membership if any of the rules of membership are broken.
