Tôi có đăng ký sử dụng dịch vụ Sponsored Mail của Everyone.net nhưng ở trong hướng dẫn của Everyone.net có hướng dẫn tôi

In order for your email service to work correctly, the Mail Exchange (MX)
record in your Domain Name Server (DNS) file, which you or your Web hosting
company controls, must be updated. This allows you to receive messages at your new email address.

Everyone.net does not have access to your DNS file; only you or your Web
host does.

If you control your own DNS settings or have access to the file via an
online tool, you may update it by following the instructions below. Remember
to change all MX settings or set up only one MX record.

If you do not have access to your DNS file or prefer to have your Web host
make the updates, please email or call them with the instructions below.

Please add the following MX setting to the DNS file for website.com:

website.com MX 0 sitemail.everyone.net.
