I am different, living with our feelings is not a good way, it''s better to live with reason than heart. I wish I could not love someone much like that. It only makes my life more sorrowful and waste my time.

Yesterday, an article in the site Vietnamnet.vn brought a small wave of support. The content of this article is that if we want to have a new better country, the first thing we must do is changing the educational system. It pointed out some unreasonable things in this system, however this article did not suggested us the way to fix it. In this writing I will show something that I thought being the most important to start.
Every system needs an algorithm and algorithms need rules, our educational system is not an exception. As I know, the educational law has been discussed many times in the congress every year, but how about it now? Recently, the FPT Corp. would like to set up a university but they have faced many problems, in final they chose a venturesome solution. They tried to do what they need, they announce about the enrolment to make a pressure to the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET). Although they have many application and they will get enough students for their training this year, they can not do their business. What is wrong here? The reason is that the law is too weak, both the MOET and FPT Corp. did not know what they can do and what they can not do, so the best way for them is doing nothing. Building a perfect law immediately is impossible, it needs time and correctness, though the most important thing law builder should do is changing their mind about this issue. They need the deep insight what is the demand of people in our country, from young people, who being in study to enterprises that using labors. From this understanding they will get the right direction to do their work, however, it is still far from the goal.
What will happen if these law builders belong to an old way of thought? Even they know what almost all people need, they can not bring it to them. Several months a go, our formal minister of MOET want to go to UK to study, it make many people angry. They thought that now this minister did not work as a minister anymore, so he will not bring anything for our country? Behind these things, I want to tell you that this minister has realized the important of referring other educational systems, though he told other that he come there for English study. That is a good way, we should research about their educational laws as well their management, from that we find out the best solution for our system.
In final I want to bring out two main issues existing in a small section of our educational system, in universities and colleges. They are curriculums and the management. Until now we still use very old and disorder curriculums, we do not have a standard so universities do what they want, even they did not know whether it is true. Our curriculums force students have to study too many things that they don?Tt like, and make them being in the hostile situation. They should have the wrights to choose what they want to study and from that they will be responsible for what they have chosen. This inadequacy come from the biggest reason, it?Ts the weakness in management. The managers should be educated especially in educational management. We should not use professors in mathematics or physics as managers, the mission of professors is research, we should put them in the right position. We can give them more money for their research or give them the wrights to broaden their knowledge but should not give them the wrights to control others. We need real managers!...
