This is the first time I visit this topic, too.
To day is Tuesday. I start my new day at my company. It is 8.02 AM now but other co-workers haven''t come to work, yet. Actually, I am fed up with my current job. I want to have a change but it is difficulty to find a new job now.
I don''t have time to apply for job at site, so that I must send my CV and cover letter via email. I have sent about 5-6 application but now, I haven''t receive an invite to interview.

Night time. Air becomes much cooler after the rain. And while I''m sitting here, at my table, writing these sentences in English diary, I can feel the breeze surrounding me. A bit cold, might be ''coz the fall is coming, no more summer, ''coz it is night time, or ''coz I''m getting... older . The old is usually more sensitive with the change of weather, that''s what my parents always say.
Wanna write so much more, yet I have to go to bed or I can not get up early tomorrow. Nice day, you guy!

Experts confer on cleaning up vehicle exhaust toxins in Vietnam
Controls on imported fuels and other measures are urgently needed to reduce the toxins in vehicle emissions, attendants told a conference in Ho Chi Minh City Monday.
Cao Xuan Vinh, an official at the Vietnam Registration Administration (VRA), stressed the importance of ensuring the quality of imported transport fuels.
With the lead content in the air reportedly increasing, Vinh doubted if Vietnam had enforced the use of unleaded fuels since announcing a switch to them six years ago.
Nguyen Minh Dong, a Vietnamese-German auto expert, agreed, warning it would be extremely dangerous if cars and motorbikes continued to use low-quality fuels.
Delegates urged the government to keep a close eye on gas stations and to instruct them to make their fuel specifications public.
They also called for the installation of exhaust filters on motorbikes to check emissions.
Installing the filters would considerably reduce the amount of carbon monoxide (CO) in the emissions, the VRA said.
Ninety-six percent of Vietnamese motorbike users polled in a VRA survey said they would be willing to install the filters if the government footed a part of the bill.
Delegates at the meeting also told car and motorbike makers to upgrade technologies, and urged the government to consider adopting Euro 3 emission standards.
Nguyen Van Ban, the VRA chief, suggested four key measures to curb the pollution caused by exhaust.
They included guaranteeing standard fuels, developing modern transport means, enhancing production technologies, and raising emission awareness.
His agency would soon collect environmental fees from motorists by incorporating them in petrol prices, he said.
It would soon provide free pollution checks for motorbikes in Ho Chi Minh City, he added.
The checks measure toxins like carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, sulfur dioxide, and CmHn (petroleum and oil vapors) discharged by vehicles.
Major cities are set to adopt compulsory checks latest by 2010. The VRA said it was drafting a proposal for this and would submit to the government by year-end.
Around 18.4 million motorbikes are registered in Vietnam and the number is expected to increase to 20 million this year and 30 million not long after.
They account for 95 percent of the transportation in the country and will remain irreplaceable at least in the next decade.
The VRA survey found that up to 60 percent of motorbikes in Hanoi and HCMC fell short of emission standards.
The conference was jointly hosted by the VRA and the HCMC Environment Protection Bureau.
