I read the article which I just posted "Have compassion for yourself". And then I went to take a bath. While I was in the bathroom, I looked at myself in the mirror, and suddenly I realized I had been beating up myself so much. Suddenly, I just said to myself in the mirror, I said, "I forgive you". And I couldn''''t imagine after I said that to myself, I burst out crying. I realized I hadn''''t been kind enough to myself. And I forgive myself for everything, for every mistake I made in the past.
Is it funny that now when I''m writing this, I''m still crying. It''s kinda weird, you know. But I try to describe to you how I feel right now. It''s like I''m divided into 2 persons: I and myself. And the "myself" is fragile, and hadn''t been treated kindly by "I". I promise to myself that now everytime I wake up in the morning, I will say to myself, "I love myself". I promise.

I should be in bed now , but it''s my habit to visit this diary at the end of the day. Therefore, I''m here.
I love writing, especially free writing when I can write down anything that comes to mind. I love writing in English and Vietnamese. Sometimes I feel "closer" to express myself in Vietnamese, but sometimes English is not less romantic.
I haven''t seen many of you write in this diary, but some of you visited and read. Why don''t you write down something? I''d love reading what you have to tell us.
I went to practise dancing this afternoon with some classmates. We tried to think of an "intro" for our "cha-cha-cha" dance. Finally, we came up with a fun intro. Are you curious to know what it is? I bet you are.
No, I won''t tell you unless you bribe me.
Okey, we came up with this. We''ll start out with two groups: guys on one side, and girls on the other. Then one of the guy will say,
- Wanna Dance?
Girl: Good idea.
Guy: Let''s rhumba
Girl: No, let''s cha-cha-cha.
Then we''ll do the rock-paper-scissors ( oẳn tù tì) to decide which dance. Of course, the girls have to win coz we want to dance cha-cha-cha. So we''ve decided that the girl will give the "rock" (cái búa) three times. And the guy will give the "rock" twice, and the "scissors" on the third time, so that he''ll lose.
Then we''ll dance.........................
Is it funny? Do you like it? You think it''s creative? We think it is
Then I went to the church in the evening. Oh, I sing in the choir, and I love my choir a lot. For the time being, we are preparing for Chirstmas mass, so we have to stay rather late every Sunday to practise singing. But it''s fun, you know.
Ok, I got to go to sleep now. It''s 1am already.
Goodnight all of you. Hey you know this song,

Today''s my birthday. I hoped that it''s quite a happy day but it''s not. I''m feeling rather lonely. I don''t know why... Some of my friends came but... There''s something lacked. Sometimes I myself wonder what my destiny is? what my life is for?
