    Writing 14/3
Task 1: 2 maps show some changes in particular area in 1965 and in the present. (hic hic, đây là dạng mình không ngờ tới)
Task 2: today, more and more students choose to move to another country to have higher education. Do the benefits out-weight the problems associated with it?

Should linently or tough way be used to treat murders?
Crime such as killing human should be punished strictly or tolerantly?
Whether criminals should be received severe retribution or not is a matter of considerable debate. Some people support strictly punishment such as corporal punishment or capital one argueing that this is the only way to improve the society. However in my opinion, such way has had bad effect as it is inapproriate for our civilised society and is surely reppellent to us.
Defenders of severe retribution may think that if we treat offenders strictly they will have no change to commit a crime again. Thus society will become better and safer for law-abiding citizens. This is also a threat to people who have intention to cross the law. This has some merits on the surface. However the idea of beating or executing someone is too barbaric for our humane society. Those kinds of punishment only exist in the Middle Ages when the society was unadequately developed and the public?Ts thought was backward. We punish the criminals by commiting the same crime, this will put us in the same vulgar position.
Another argument is that severe punishment such as capital one helps save society?Ts budget and make prison become easy place to manage. While this may be true to some extent, I would debate that it is the responsibility of the government to use the budget wisely and the main task of prison is to rehabilitate guilty people. Furthermore there are some circumstances when wrong accusation happens. Innocent people are put in jail and after some year investigating the police prove them not guilty. If they are executed at first, our society will make a serious mistake. Therefore, custodial sentence or life imprisonment appear to be the better methods to treat criminals. A spell in prison will reform them and make them better people. This punishment is a suitable deterrrent to stop people from breaking the law.
Supporters of the former view also argue that after a spell in jail, defendants will find it difficult to re-enter society. They may be unable to find work rejected by society. This is worse than death. This opinion seems to be reasonable, but we should give more thought into it. There are other alternatives rather than inhume punishments or prison like community servive or fine. By those ways, offenders will not only realize their misdeeds wrong but they will also have opportunities to to pay for their mistakes.
For all these reasons, i am better convinced that murders should be treated linently. The religious maxim ?oAn eye for an eyê? is inapproriate for today?Ts society. Only love and sympathy can move such crime as murder. When people open their hearts, world would become a paradise of humanity and love.

Successful sports professionals can earn a great deal more money than people in other important professions. Some people think this is fully justified while others think it is unfair. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion
Today people who are *****cceed in sports professionals can earn a big money than other people in other important professional. This causes arguments in society about fair or unfair from their income.
Some people think that it is absolutely justified since sport professionals demonstrate their wonderful talents accepted by society. Besides, their successes come from long and hard practices with serious attitudes. For example, a boy begin with soccer game at 6-years old until can obtain initial success at least 18-years old. It?Ts really unfair as do not mention about their devoting for audiences. Many people who are fan of the soccer game strongly express their feeling with angry, happiness, regret, or even crying to their loved team. I remember that a girl painfully cried on an Old Trafford stadium when her team, Manchester United lost in match with FC Liverpool. These wonderful moments for audiences have been performed by sports professionals. Hence, they absolutely get a great income from their devoting.
On the contrary, others think it is really unfair for society since a huge amount of money is paid for a few famous people in professional sports. With a simple calculation, we can recognize a big different gap of income in society. For instance, Ronaldo, a soccer player of Manchester United club, earn more than 300,000 US- dollar in a week whereas an expert of Micsrosoft cooperation spent almost 20 years to accumulate his experiences has only 40,000 US-dollar in a month. The worst, children easily influent from sports professionals and they want to become this kind of person even they do not have any these abilities. As a result, they seem to not fascinate with other jobs.
For my opinion, I totally agree that the successful sports professionals can earn a big income appropriately. Normally, they only reach master skills at high level of professional sports in short period of time. For example, a soccer player can play well about 10 years from 20-years old to 30-years old and another rest of time they are normal persons on the sport. Furthermore, they create a big amount of money for their bosses from advertisement, tickets, associated sport businesses. With these reasons, they can get a high income fairly.
In conclusion, an appropriated income is relevant with profit created. Therefore, you earn as much money as you can from your talent for society and this is totally fair *****ccessful sports professionals.

Many thanks for your imformation.
